Psalm 31:3

3 Give heed to my plea,
and make haste to rescue me.

Be a rock of refuge for me,

a fortress for my safety.

5 For he will keep me safe in his shelter

in times of misfortune;

he will hide me beneath his roof,

and set me high upon a rock.

PSALM 63:2

2 My soul finds rest in God alone;

from him comes my salvation.

MARK 7:14-15

14 Jesus then called the people to him again

and said to them,

“Listen to me, all of you,

and try to understand.

15 Nothing that enters one from outside

can make that person unclean.

It is what comes out from within

that makes unclean.
