2 CORINTHIANS 3:17

The Lord is Spirit, 
and where the Spirit of the Lord is, 
there is freedom.

Only with the guidance and the power of the Holy Spirit will you enjoy true freedom to grow into the person the Father created you to be. If the Holy Spirit sets you free, you are free indeed.

MARK 4:39-41

"They woke him and said to him, 'Master, do you not care? We are lost!' And he woke up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "'Quiet now! Be calm!' And the wind dropped, and there followed a great calm. Then he said to them, 'Why are you so frightened? Have you still no faith?' They were overcome with awe and said to one another, 'Who can this be? Even the wind and the sea obey him.'"

Turbulent times enter every life but those who believe in Me are under the protection of My Name. In the midst of every storm you experience I Am with you. You will not perish. No harm will come to you, evil shall not overtake you, for I have commanded angels to protect you in this life and they will ensure that you are brought safely to the Kingdom of God.

LUKE 7:48B, 50B

"Your sins are forgiven.
Your faith has saved you;
go in peace."

Peace is My gift to you, not as the world gives do I give, it is My own peace. A peace that transcends all the difficulties, sufferings, disappointments that come your way. I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life, follow Me and you will walk in the Light. Be not afraid I love you and My Holy Spirit abides in you. Have courage, be bold, ask the Father and He will give you the Kingdom as your inheritance. Above all, love. Love makes the burden easy and the yoke light and know that I AM with you always, always.

LUKE 7:44-47

“Do you see this woman?
You gave me no water for my feet
when I entered your house;
but she has washed my feet with her tears
and dried them with her hair.
You didn’t welcome me with a kiss;
but she has not stopped kissing my feet since she came in.
You provided no oil for my head;
but she has poured perfume on my feet.
This is why, I tell you, her sins, her many sins, are forgiven,
because of her great love.
But the one who is forgiven little, has little love.”
Then Jesus said to the woman,
“Your sins are forgiven.”

How do you welcome Me when I enter the sanctuary of your soul? Is the place you invite Me into a place that you are comfortable with? Is it free from sin? Has it been washed with your tears? Is it redolent with the fragrance of graces you have received in the Sacrament of Reconciliation? Have you received Me in the sweet intimacy of the Holy Eucharist with a contrite and broken heart and spirit? Have you hidden away your faults and weaknesses or have you brought them right into the open so I can touch and heal every one of your ills both physical and spiritual? How great is your love for Me, do you hide your sins from Me because you are afraid? There is no fear in love. Come to Me with childlike simplicity and I will embrace you, forgive you, and heal you and we will be one just as My Father and I are one.

LUKE 5:27C

"Follow me."

I who have said foxes have dens and birds have nests but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head, say to you today, "Follow Me." Discipleship means stripping yourself of all that is unnecessary, and unworthy of a child of God. It means making yourself available always as a witness to the Good News of salvation. To follow Me involves keeping your gaze fixed on Me and going where I lead. Follow Me and although the path is narrow and difficult, you will find that my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

MICAH 4:1-2

In days to come
the mountain of the Lord’s house
shall be established as the highest of the mountains,
and shall be raised up above the hills.
Peoples shall stream to it,
and many nations shall come and say:
“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
to the house of the God of Jacob;
that he may teach us his ways
and that we may walk in his paths.”
For out of Zion shall go forth instruction,
and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

The time is now, rise up, turn your back on the old ways. Be led by My Spirit to the place where I dwell high on the mountain, in the New Jerusalem. All who look to Me and say, "I believe that You are the Lord who saves us," will be counted among those who are called by My Name. Those who belong to my sheepfold are marked by My Seal and are washed clean in the Blood of the Lamb. Only those who are sealed in My Blood and in the New Covenant will enter. The time has come, it is here, now is the time of your salvation. Wake up! Rise up! Come to the Lord who alone can save.

MATTHEW 14:27B

Courage! Don't be afraid. It's me!

You do not know what lies before you, you do not know the future but you know Me and I say to you, today, courage! Don't be afraid. I AM here and I will be with you not just today but always. I  am your refuge, hide in Me. I am your rock, build your home on Me. I AM the cornerstone of your life You will not be shaken. I AM your shelter the storms will not touch you. Remain in Me as I remain in you, and I will lead you safely through the dark valley to green pastures and to streams of life-giving water for I AM your God

ISAIAH 43:18-19

But do not dwell on the past,
or remember the things of old.
Look, I am doing a new thing:
now it springs forth.
Do you not see?
I am opening up a way in the wilderness.

Do not hold on to the past, do not cling to it, do not look back at what no longer is. Walk with courage. Keep your gaze on the prize and your mind on the goal. As you journey, do not rely on your strength for you are weak, rather look to Me to provide all you need. Ask and I will give you My Spirit to live in you, to walk with you, to lead you, and carry you until your journey's end.

LUKE 11:13

If you sinful people know how to give 

good gifts to your children, 

how much more will your heavenly Father 

give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.

Ask My Father to give you the Holy Spirit and You will receive Him with all His gifts in full measure, shaken together, and running over. Without the Holy Spirit you can do nothing that is pleasing to God. Allow Him to take control of your life and He will lead you gently on the path to holiness.

What do you want?

What do you want? Why are you troubled and sad? What can I do for you? Do you not know that I, your Lord and your God, am your brother, your friend, and your beloved? Ask for all that you need and believe that it will be given to you. Trust Me and trust in My Love. You are Mine.

RUTH 3:11A

And now my daughter, do not be afraid, I will do for you all that you ask.

You belong to the family of God, you are called by My Name, you are the dwelling place of My Spirit. Ask Me and I will give you all that you need. Be not afraid. When you walk through the dark valley I will be with you, through the storms I will cover you and when the waves of life crash around you I will be your shelter. I will hide you in My Shadow and I will cover you with My love. Keep your gaze on Me and fear nothing for I AM the Lord your God and I have claimed you for Myself.

PSALM 37:4-5

Make the Lord your delight; 

and he will grant your heart’s desire.

Commit your way to the Lord;

Be still and know that I AM God and that I never sleep. Remain in Me as I remain in you. Delight in Me as I delight in you. Pray constantly, give thanks always. When Your pray, do so with boldness and courage and you will receive all that your heart longs for.

Lord, you give light to my lamp.
O my God, you brighten my darkness.

I AM the Light that illumines all the dark corners of your life. I AM God and I love you with a love that is everlasting. You are My little lamp of clay, ---- Mine. Permit My love to enfold you, fill you, give you life, and joy. Remain in the light of My love always and joy will overflow from you into the world.

DANIEL 12:10

Many shall be purified, cleansed, and refined, but the wicked shall continue to act wickedly. None of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand.

Now is the time of salvation and this is the way, walk in it and you will live.  You have been given this moment in time to stop, reflect, examine, and understand, to enter the sanctuary of your soul and find Me. Listen to the voice of wisdom and come back to Me. I will wash you clean, I will purify you and strengthen you, I will take you by the hand and lead you and you will grow in the ways of wisdom as your walk in the way of truth.

JEREMIAH 31:20

Is not Ephraim my favored son,
the child in whom I delight?
Often have I threatened him,
but I still remember him,
and my heart yearns for him.
I must show him mercy, declares the Lord.

Just as your heart yearns to receive My Flesh and My Blood  I too desire and yearn for our shared intimacy in the Eucharist. But this is a necessary fast. Too many, for too long, have been indifferent, luke-warm, and ignorant of what has been so easily available. Too many have received Me unworthily. Perhaps once this sojourn without the heavenly Manna comes to an end, My people will receive Me with greater ardor and awareness. I love you deeply. Remain close to Me in prayer. When this exile ends My Church will be the better for it.

Believe!

Believe that all you have asked for in faith you have received. You are Mine. I have purchased you, I have ransomed you, I died for you and I have given you My life. It courses through you. You breathe My breath it is the breath of My Spirit. You live in My Love, in my grace, and in Me, no harm will come to you for I AM your protector, I AM your Beloved, I AM your Lord and your God. This day I declare that you are Mine. I in you and you in Me. Now and eternally You are Mine, all Mine always. Be not afraid. Be anxious for nothing, for I am with you. I go before you, I AM beside you, above you, beneath you, around you, and in you. No harm will come to you for you walk beneath the mighty shadow of My wings.

JOHN 15:9-10

As the Father has loved me,
so I have loved you.
Remain in my love!
You will remain in my love
if you keep my commandments,
just as I have kept

Live in Me, stay in Me, abide in Me, be rooted in Me. Breathe through Me, lose yourself in Me. This is My will for you, to choose to act in love always.

LUKE 7:22-23

“Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, the poor have good news brought to them. And blessed is anyone who takes no offense at me.”

Every morning you meet Me in prayer and receive from Me, peace, comfort, assurance of My everlasting love, and the strengthening of your faith. Do you know how many there are in the world who do not know Me or have what you do? If they knew they too would approach Me as they would a friend, they too would have what you do, but there is no one to tell them. It is by the witness of your experience of Me that they will know Me, come to Me, accept Me, and be blessed by Me.

ROMANS 12:15-16

Rejoice with those who are joyful, 
and weep with those who weep.
Live in peace with one another. 
Do not dream of extraordinary things; 
be humble and do not hold yourselves as wise.

Have empathy for those who are going through difficult situations in these not so ordinary times. Not everyone is at peace. Not everyone believes in faith because their faith is as a flickering wick, so have compassion. Do the little things that you are called to do for love's sake. Do not be harsh or critical. Do not waste time daydreaming of doing extraordinary things. You are called to be small, little, and unseen. Remain grounded in the truth of who you are - My own little nothing.

MATTHEW 6:8B

Your Father knows what you need,
even before you ask him.

Although You Father knows what you need it delights Him when His children approach Him in confidence to make their needs known to Him. Ask in My Name and He will refuse you nothing. Ask for the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Ask for the things that give life. Ask for grace to walk in the Way of Truth. Ask for abundant Life in the Holy Spirit. Ask never to be parted from Me in life or in death. Ask to remain in My love always and you will have all you will ever need in this life and the Kingdom of heaven in the next.

SIRACH 6:37

Meditate on the precepts of the Lord
and apply yourself unceasingly 
to his commandments.
He will strengthen your heart
and the wisdom you desire 
will be given to you.

Ask the Father for anything in My Name and He will grant it. Let the Word of God find a home in your heart and provide food and drink for your soul. Let the Word of God inspire every thought, every word, and every action. Let it be the lamp that lights your path and guides your way - and remember - I AM with you always.

See, I have written your name
upon the palm of my hand.

Your name is etched in the scars of my hand. I love you with an everlasting love, you are Mine. Purchased by My Blood and sealed in the Holy Spirit of God You are irrevocably Mine and one day where I Am, you too will be, eternally.

LAMENTATIONS 3:22-24

The Lord's love abides unceasingly.
His compassion is never consumed;
every morning it is renewed.
And his love remains ever faithful.
"My portion is the Lord,” says my soul.
“On him shall I rely.”

Morning after morning you come to Me and I pour into your soul My love, peace, and blessings. It pleases Me that you come to Me faithfully and seek to rest in My Word. As you draw near to Me I draw even closer to you and give your soul the rest it seeks. My peace is yours always. Nothing will disturb you if you rest in Me. Be anxious about nothing for I walk with you and My love has found its home in you.

AMOS 8:11

“Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord God,
“when I will send a famine on the land—
not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water,
but of hearing the words of the Lord.

Too long have you who are called by My Name been indifferent to Me and My Word. Too long have you ignored My call to return to Me. Too long have you wandered away from Me choosing the broad road that leads to destruction. Now that I have withdrawn from you will you seek Me and pant for the Bread of Life and the Cup of Salvation? Come back to Me and live.

LAMENTATIONS 3:31-33

For no one is cast off by the Lord forever.

Though he brings grief,

he will show compassion, 

great is his unfailing love.

For he does not willingly bring affliction

or grief to anyone.

The time for grieving will pass as will the time of affliction and mourning. I assure you of My Father's love and compassion for all. Does not a good father chastise his wayward children? But he always forgives and shows mercy.  Take heart. Be not afraid it is the Father's will that not one of His little ones perish.

ISAIAH 54:10

For the mountains may depart
and the hills be removed,
but my steadfast love shall not depart from you,
and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,
says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

I want you to know as surely as you know that I AM the Christ, the Son of the Living God, that I love you with an everlasting love. You are Mine. Never will I ever cease loving you. You belong to Me. I have sealed you with the seal of My Spirit and I have bathed you and sanctified you in My Blood. No one can snatch you from Me. Remain in Me as I remain in you.

MATTHEW 7:19-20

Any tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will know them by their fruit.

Not only are you called to bear fruit in season and out of season, but you must also bear fruit that will last. It is by the fruit you have borne on which you will be judged. Be on you guard for when you least expect it the Son of Man will come like a thief in the night and demand an account of your life. Be prepared. Be ready.

ZECHARIAH 2:12B

"Whoever touches you touches the apple of my eye."

Every moment of every day in your life whether you are awake or asleep I am acutely and completely aware of you. Nothing that ever happens to you goes unnoticed by Me. I am closer to you than the breath you breathe and the breath you breathe is My Spirit. This means that you are knit to Me. You belong to Me because you were created for Me. Me in you and you in Me always.

MARK 10:51B

"What do you want me to do for you?"

Bartimaeus knew exactly what he wanted Me to do for him and seized the opportunity once it presented itself. What about you? What is it that you want Me to do for you?  What is that all-consuming desire you have, that you have prayed about for as long as you can remember, that has not yet been answered? Ask as the blind man did with expectant faith and all that you ask for in faith will be given to you.

Beloved, I need You to please open the way for me to serve You. I cannot spend these years of my life living only for myself. Show me where I can best serve and then make it possible for me to do so. Thank You.

JOHN 7:37B-38

“Let anyone who is thirsty come to me;
and let the one who believes in me drink,
for the Scripture says:
Out of the believer’s heart
shall flow rivers of living water.

My hand is always outstretched towards you, My invitation is open to all. Come alone or bring with you those you love you can even bring the whole world. Anyone is welcome. My Father desires that every man, woman, and child come to know Me, love Me, believe in Me, and be saved by Me. I give Myself to all who desire Me. Come to Me, stay by Me, abide in Me, be nourished by Me, and from you will flow streams of living water; never again will you thirst for the things that cannot satisfy.

MATTHEW 8:2-3

Then a leper came forward.
He knelt before him and said,
“Sir, if you want to, you can make me clean.”
Jesus stretched out his hand, touched him, and said,
“I want to, be clean again.”
At that very moment, the man was cleansed
from his leprosy.

You are clean. You are whole. Receive all I give and do not doubt, but believe. How much longer must I put up with you? You know that authentic love is sacrificial. To love is to lay down one's life for the shadow of the Cross falls upon everyone who desires to love as I do. It is a crucifixion of self. It strips bare all vanities of self. Agape love gives until it can give no more and then finds there is still more to give for it begins to tap into divine love.
