COLOSSIANS 3:2-3

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.  For you have died, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

It is so easy to give in to your baser instincts to take the easy route, to give in when discipline and self-control are needed, and to wallow in the cesspool with swine. But you were created for God you have been redeemed by My blood, and you have been sanctified by My Spirit. You were created by God for God and you have an eternal destiny and an eternal home in the Kingdom of God. Heed wisdom and cooperate the grace that is made available to you every day Claim the glorious destiny that is yours and choose life, not death.

WORD OF GOD - LK 17:17-19

LUKE 17:17-19

Then Jesus asked, ‘Were not ten made clean? But the other nine, where are they? Was none of them found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?’ Then he said to him, ‘Get up and go on your way; your faith has made you well.’

Too often you are numbered among the nine who did not return to give praise to God for all the mercies He has shown you, the love He has showered on you, the graces He makes available to you constantly. Do not delay in acknowledging all that God has done for you it is in praise that God is made present in your life. The more you praise, thank and worship God, the more you become aware of God's goodness and your complete dependence on Him. Contemplate God's love made visible and tangible in Me.  Contemplate the love of the Holy Spirit who pours out His gifts to all who ask. The Holy Spirit is the power that enables you to have communion with God. You have much to thank God for and you will never run out of opportunities to do so - do not take the gifts of God for granted but return continually to give praise and thanks to God who loves you so much He lay down His life so you may be where He is for all eternity.
