Why are troubling thoughts weighing you down?
I the Lord am Your God.
My Word caused all that is to be.
My breath gives life to everything.
I put the song in the sparrow.
I give power to the wind.
I cause the sea to billow.
I give the blue to the sky.
I cause the clouds to fill and bring down the rain.
I cause the trees to bear fruit
and the grass to be arrayed in wild flowers
and I hold you.
Do not be troubled. Do not be anxious.
Do not be afraid. You are Mine.
