LAMENTATIONS 3:55-58 (2025)

LAMENTATIONS 3:55-58

55 Out of the depths I called on your name, O Lord.
56 You heard; you have not been deaf to my cry for relief.
57 When I called, you even came near and told me not to fear.
58 O Lord, you took up my case and redeemed my life.

---- my own,

I am always attuned to you and even before you utter a cry, even as you sigh, even before the sound can issue forth from your lips, I hear you. I hear, and I answer. The deeper the grief, the greater the disquiet, the fear, and the anxiety, the closer I AM to you. I gather you up in My arms, I cradle you against My breast. I comfort you with My love. I speak words of tenderness, I wrap you in My arms until peace settles into your soul. Not a hair of your head will be harmed, for I have declared you to be Mine. Through all the hills, valleys, and plains through which you sojourn to come to your final and eternal place of rest in My Heart and in My kingdom, I will remain with you. I AM closer to you than your shadow. I AM in the breath you breathe. I have taken your hand in Mine, and I will lead you surely and steadily to My Father's house. Call Me always. I never tire of listening to your voice. Raise it up in prayer, in thanksgiving, in worship, in adoration, and ever during all the times of difficulty, trials, sorrow, and grief that you must experience in your journey from this life to the next. I AM Emmanuel, the God who is with you always. I AM Jesus, the One who saves. I AM the Christ, the Anointed One of the Father. Be not afraid, you are Mine now and forever.
