Jonah 2:8

When my soul was fainting within me, 

I remembered the Lord, 

and before You rose my prayer

up to your holy Temple.

----Mine, if you believe that I, the Lord your God, am constantly stooping low over you in watchful care, you will also know that on those occasions when you are facing especially trying times and you find yourself struggling to cope, I am with you. Every sigh, every silent prayer, every groan, every tear, I see and hear. My ear is close to your lips, my Spirit close to yours so before you even utter a word, or when you sigh a sigh, I hear and answer. Be not troubled, be not disheartened, little one, it pleases your heavenly Father to grant you a share in all that is Mine and it is my greatest joy to share it with you. Trust Me! Have faith! In the end you will discover that all things work for the good of those who love God, those who live according to His will.

Ezekiel 37:26-27

I shall establish a covenant of peace with them, an everlasting covenant. I shall settle them and they will increase and I shall put my sanctuary in their midst forever. I shall make my home at their side; I shall be their God and they will be my people. 

---- Mine, God created men and women in sublime love and desires that each attain the sublime destiny of eternal joy with Him in His Kingdom. However, there is a journey, a pilgrimage, that each one must undertake from the moment of birth to death before they are born again into eternal life. The desire to live forever is present  in every human being because you posses an immortal soul. Whatever choices you make in this life have an eternal consequence. Created for eternity with, Me God, My Father and yours has established a Covenant of love and peace with you.  It is one that is everlasting. He assures you that He will live among you just as His Presence remained with the people of Israel in the Arc of Covenant. It is His will that I remain among His children in the Sanctuary of the Tabernacle hidden in the Bread. I make my home with you even in the Sanctuary of your heart, there my Holy Spirit abides in you and makes you holy. He pours  grace upon grace into you heart. Remain in Me, remain in My love and I will abide in you forever.

Treasure my teachings as the apple of your eye. 

Write them on the tablets of your heart. 

Let wisdom be your sister 

and knowledge your friend.

---- My Own, today I ask you to treasure Me for I am the the Eternal Word of My Father. In Me is found the fullness of wisdom and knowledge. When you hold fast to My teachings; for I am Your Teacher who reveals the secrets of the Kingdom of My Father, You hold fast to the Truth which is embodied in Me. Immerse yourself in My Words written in Sacred Scripture, listen to My anointed for they speak in My Person. Be illumined by the teachings of the Church for they form the rich deposit of faith that is handed down in unbroken Tradition for each generation. Nothing is lost. My Father revealed Himself but dimly through the Law and the prophets but he revealed Himself fully, visibly, tangibly, when He sent Me into the World to be born of Woman as one like You. He did this in order to undo the knot of disobedience and teach you to know Him, love Him, adore and worship Him, and to kindle in you a burning desire to long for the place the that He has prepared for you with Him in eternity.

Matthew 11:29ab

Take my yoke upon you, says the Lord, and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.

---- Mine, it is not enough to say you love Me. Love makes demands that have to be met. Love means that you lay down your life for the beloved just as I did. Take my yoke upon you means that you must imitate me, you must feel the burden I feel to draw everyone to Me so they may live. The Father has created all people to know, love and serve Me in this is true joy. To the few who have been privileged to know Me and to be baptized, is laid the burden to spread the Good News of salvation to those who have yet to know Me. This is love that all may know Me and the One who sent Me. I have poured upon you my Spirit, I have made every grace and blessing available to you, I feed you each day at my banquet on My Flesh and My Blood which is real food and real drink. Pride was the downfall of Lucifer and those who chose to go with him. Stay on your guard against pride. In humility you will be open to the true understanding and wisdom that comes from God. Remain in Me and you will remain in My love.

And the Word was made flesh; he had his tent pitched among us, and we have his Glory, the Glory of the Son coming from the Father: fullness of truth and loving-kindness.

 

---- Mine, God came down from heaven to reveal who He truly is. The world did not know Him they make up terrifying images of One whom they thought they experienced in the violence of nature, in the terrible tragedies that struck them, in the fierceness of staying alive. Their idea of God was so far removed from the truth. It was always My Father's plan to walk among humans as He once did when He first created women and men before their fall. He longed to do so again to reveal once more to the people He had created in His image and after His likeness, who He is.  He sent Me His only Son, the Eternal Word who reposed in His bosom,  who is One with Him from all eternity, to become like one of His creatures. God becomes Man and is sent into the world so you  may know Him when you see and know Me. He is a Father above all, a Father who loves His children and was prepared to give up His Son into the hands of evil so that His children could once more return to Him. In Me all mankind would see the Father's love and the Father's mercy and loving kindness. Once the price was paid, all sinners no matter how hideous their sins would ever be denied access to His mercy and love for as long as they remained in the world.

John 11:25-26

I am the resurrection; whoever believes in me, though he die, shall live. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?

 

---- Mine, anyone who believes in Me, believes in My word, and believes that I was sent by My Father will have eternal life. Yes, death will come in time but the soul lives eternally and at a time that My Father wills, He will send Me again but this time in glory and majesty to judge both the living and the dead. I will separate the sheep from the goats. I whom My Father has appointed judge, and no other will make known the deeds of all and the chaff will be winnowed from the wheat. To the ones who have been faithful, have served Me faithfully, and have obeyed the commandment to love God  and love neighbor. These I will take triumphantly to the place that God has prepared for them in the Kingdom where they will dine with Me and I with them at the Wedding Banquet of the Lamb as My Bride. This is the glorious destiny of all who believe.

Ecclesiastes 3:11

 

He made everything fitting its time, but he also set eternity in their hearts.

 

---- Mine, every thing that is created on earth has a life span all things exist for a moment in time. All living things come to being, grow and mature  and are expected to fulfill the purpose for which they were created. They age eventually and their life will cease and go back to the earth as dust. But God has placed in every man, woman and child eternity in the soul that He created and placed in every human person. This is because God loves you so much He could not stand the thought of you being lost forever as if you had never been. The Father, the Holy Spirit and I work together in helping you claim the destiny for which you were created. Happiness here on earth lies in knowing, loving and serving God and each other and  the hope of eternal bliss when you come to us, to claim the inheritance that was won for you on the Cross. You belong to Me, You belong to God, You have a wonderful  present and you have the joyful hope that when this present life comes to an end, I will come to take you to enjoy the ecstatic union  that you experience for just a while each morning in every Eucharistic. Now you experience for a moment then you will possess the fullness of joy in unending union with Me eternally.

1 Samuel 16:7

 

"Do not judge by his looks or his stature for I have rejected him, the Lord does not judge as man judges; humans see with the eyes; the Lord sees the heart."

 

---- Mine, you are aware that you have a tendency to look at people and form snap judgments. This is often a human frailty. Physical attributes tend to lead most people in influencing how they interact with others. How often people are crushed, wounded and rejected because they did not fit into the acceptable cultural mold. How often people are overlooked because they are not the right height, the right complexion, lack the required physical attributes, or appearance by the often unrealistic standards set by other men and women like them.  Recall the times when you yourself was judged unfairly and looked down upon or looked over and keep this firmly before you.  Go beyond what the eyes see on the surface and let your gaze penetrate the heart. For it is in his or her deepest innermost being that a man or a woman is truly who they are. Great, noble, kind, generous, loving and giving. You miss the opportunity of making some great friends because you made a surface judgement based on the outside and never took the time or had the patience or courage to look at what really matters - to see someone as they truly are from the heart.  Look past the things that annoy you the irritations and go deeper and then you will find it easier to love as I do.

I will now pour my spirit upon you and make you know my words.

 

---- My Own, without My Spirit it is impossible for you to know Me and to love Me. The Spirit of God has been poured upon you when you were baptized and grafted to Me and became a member of My body, the Church. Without the power of My Holy Spirit it would be impossible for you to please Me, to know Me, and to discern My will for your life. The Spirit of God has been poured into your heart because God wills that you know Me and that you understand that it was the Father who sent Me into the world to reveal to you His great love for you. Without Me you would have died in your sins and would have been separated from God forever. I am the Light of the world without Me you would walk in darkness. I am the Living Words, the Eternal Word of the Father and it is My Holy Spirit that enables you to love the Word, to make the Word of Life your food and drink. Every good and perfect gift is granted to you by My Father in heaven and it pleases Him to grant you not in part but in full measure the Holy Spirit who will lead you to all truth.

Jeremiah 31:3

I have loved you with a love everlasting, so I kept for you my mercy.

 

---- Mine, I the God of Life, Light, Joy and Hope,  love you with a love that is everlasting. I know all your weaknesses, I know you are frail, I know that you often fall very easily when tempted. But inspite of it all I love you. I love your desire to love Me with all your being, I love how your love for Me moves you. I see all your emotions when you read My Word, read of Me, listen to a homily that touches your soul. How your knowledge of Me fills you with a deep confidence in Me. My love is everlasting and My mercy never ends, it never runs out. Remain in My love. Yes, there will be times when you will wander away from Me into the wilderness, and you may be lost for a while but I will always come looking for you and I will find you. When you call My Name I will hasten to you and I will be right there beside you.  I will pick you up, heal you and bring you home to Myself. Do not be afraid. You are Mine and you are most precious to Me.

----Mine, to see My works, to hear My voice, and to understand the words that I speak is grace and wisdom working together. There are many who have deliberately closed their ears and shut their eyes in order that they can continue in the way of unrighteousness. Love demands the sacrifice of self, to lay down ones life so the other might live. Love seeks not to indulge its own desires at the expense of the beloved. True love, agape love, the kind of love that has no concern  for self but whose delight is the happiness of the other; this is the kind of love that I have for you and the kind of love I desire from you not only for Me  but for all your sisters and brothers.

1 Samuel 17:47

The battle belongs to the Lord.

M---, My Own, I am God and not man. I need no help to crush  evil. With only a word I uphold and sustain all things and if I should look away, if My Spirit ceases to breathe into all that lives His breath of life, all will perish. Know this, have this confidence, that I hear every prayer, every cry for help, every sigh, every desire for holiness, and I see every struggle. My arm is not too short to help. My compassion and My mercy have no limits. When you pray, pray with the confidence of a child, convinced that your Father delights in pouring out blessings and favors to all who ask in My Name. Continue to pray and plead for the conversion of those you love. Pray with conviction don't look at the years and lose heart but be faithful in prayer; for I, the Lord, in My own time will grant all and more that you plead for  on behalf of those whom you love. Remember, the battle belongs to Me. Believe and those you love will be saved.

Isaiah 49:15-16

Can a woman forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child of her womb?
Yet though she forget, I will never forget you.

See, I have written your name upon the palm of my hands.



---- Mine, come to Me, hide in My heart and find a refuge in it. You belong to Me because it was the will of My Father that you be chosen to know Him through Me. I have not only called you by your name I have written it on the palm of my hands this is how precious you are  to Me. Do not be afraid. Walk in the freedom that was purchased for the children of God. The Father's love for you is more tender than that of a mother, My love for you is as passionate and enduring as that of a bridegroom for his bride. I lay down My Life for you I order that you may receive it and be raised up with Me . You have a glorious and eternal destiny. Do not let sin  snare you. Do not let the wiles of the devil beguile you into forgetting who you truly  are a daughter of God and that you are redeemed through Me and have the life of the Holy Spirit in you. Rejoice because you belong to God.

All your children will be taught by the Lord, and they will prosper greatly.

 

No weapon forged against you will succeed, and all who speak against you will be silenced. Such is the lot of the servants of the Lord, and such is the right I grant them says the Lord.

 

 

M--- Mine, My Own, you have given Me your life. You have granted Me complete authority over you. I make this promise that I will grant you your heart's desires. I will watch over you and yours so no harm will come to you or to them. No plan against you will succeed. I Myself will protect you. I will walk with you. I will fight on your behalf. When you are at your weakest my strength will make you strong. When you are tired I will refresh you. When you thirst I will lead you to springs of living water so you can drink your fill. I will be your help. In sorrow I will be your comfort. I will wipe your tears and I will make you laugh before your enemies for the Lord God is with you God now and forever. Be not afraid but walk in the victory that I won for you on the Cross. My triumph over death is yours. In Me  you will find all that your heart and soul has desired. Psalm 37:23-24

The Lord is the one who makes people stand, he gives firmness to those he likes. They may stumble but they will not fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.

 

 

---- Mine, these words of the psalmist is my promise and assurance to you. I walk with you, I keep your steps firm. I provide shadow so the noonday sun will not scorch you, I cover you with the mantle of my love so I can keep you safe and warm. I take you by the hand and I lead you to green pastures  and to streams of clear, pure, running water so you can eat and be strengthened, drink and be refreshed, and rest and be renewed. I have made a solemn covenant with you sealed in My Blood and ratified by My Father and My Spirit. I have sworn an oath ---- Mine and it is an eternal oath that makes known to all that I came into the world to take you by the hand and to lead you to the Kingdom. I claim you for myself in time and in eternity.

Matthew 13:16

Blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears, because they hear.

---- Mine, it pleases me that you hunger and thirst after Me. That you listen for My Voice and you desire to see Me. You do hear Me when You listen with attention and you are moved when what you hear touches a chord in your soul. You experience my living Presence during those moments when you come before Me in the adoration chapel or when you receive Me each day in the Holy Eucharist. Nothing pleases and delights Me more than when you close yourself to the world and for a brief moment you become aware of the pure joy of us being one; when for a moment you become what you have received. Remember that sin, grave sin; grave, deliberate, sin will cause your ears to become deaf and your eyes blind to Beauty, Truth,  Life and above all Love. Be on your guard. Stay vigilant. You are aware that you are frail, weak, fragile this is why you must always remain grafted in Me.

Praise my fruitful vineyard! I, the Lord, am its keeper; I water it every moment. So that no one will harm it, day and night I guard it.

---- Mine, I jealously guard what is My Own. No one can steal, plunder, or destroy what belongs to Me. You are Mine. You belong to no other. I have made a covenant of love with you and I have sealed it in My Blood. I have grafted to you to My Body. I supply all your needs through the power of My Holy Spirit. I have made you co-heir with Me to the inheritance that My Father has given Me. I the Lord of heaven and earth before whom all in heaven, all on earth and all in the underworld tremble and bow; love you with an everlasting love. You are Mine. As long as the heavens last so will My love. From eternity to eternity I AM and I whom the heavens cannot contain and for whom the earth is but a footstool stoop over you constantly so that no harm can come to you. Consider this ---- My Own and rejoice, the God of heaven and earth is your soul's beloved and you are My heart's delight.

Tobit 7:17

"Have courage, my child, the God of heaven and earth will change your sorrow into joy. Have confidence, my daughter."

---- Mine, have courage, have confidence. Believe in Me and know that I who am God from all ages will never forsake you. I will never abandon you because you are Mine. Purchased at the cost of My Blood you are redeemed, ransomed and saved. My Holy Spirit sanctifies you and My Father has adopted you as His child. Fear nothing except sin for nothing is so displeasing to Me than the deliberate turning away from the path of wisdom, truth and life.

Isaiah 45:3

 

I will give you treasures hidden in darkness

and riches stored in secret places,

so that you may know that I'm the Lord,

the God of Israel who calls you by your name.

 

 

---- Mine, what do I mean when I tell you that I will give you treasures hidden in darkness and riches stored in secret places? It means that during the times when you are plunged in darkness and do not know in which direction to go, you are to trust Me. Recall every promise I have made to you  and remember that these promises are made to you by the eternal Word of the Living God. There will be times when your faith will falter especially when you have sinned, do not despair, do not be let your shame  prevent you to reach out to Me in the pitch blackness of the night that surrounds you. I assure you when you call My Name I will be there for I have not left your side even though you could not feel My Presence. I do not revoke My Covenant with you for My Word is eternal just as My Covenant with you is eternal. I am God and not man, I who call you by you name will never abandon you. Do not despair but repent; there is no sin greater than the power of My Love. My Covenant with you is irrevocable this is why the repentant sinner will always find refuge in My Heart.

Job 37:5, 38:1

God thunders and His voice works marvels;

He does great things we cannot perceive.

The Lord answered Job out of the storm.

---- Mine, God’s voice can be heard by all who know how to listen. No matter how still the voice that can be heard only in silence and is His Voice heard as if it were booming like thunder. Blessed are the pure in heart blessed are those who hunger and thirst for the goodness of God who strive to be righteous in His sight whose joy comes from listening and upon hearing and understanding what the Lord asks strives to do it trusting not on your own power but on the strength that comes from Me and the grace that is poured into your heart by the Holy Spirit. God who reigns in heaven and on earth and who makes your body His temple will always answer no matter how terrible the storm that rages around you no matter how tempestuous the waves and no matter how loud the shrieking of the wind. God has the power with just one Word to command and still until there is only calm, gentleness, peace and fulfillment of every promises that He makes for I AM faithful.

"Do whatever He tells you."

 

----Mine, pay heed to what My Mother and yours says to you this day. Give heed to all that I say not just in Scripture but also in Apostolic Tradition and pay heed to the inspiration granted you when you approach Me in prayer. Listen to the Holy Spirit who reveals to you the desires, the will of the Most High God; be still and draw near to Me and discern my will for your life and then do it. The one who is spiritually lazy can find all kinds of plausible excuses to remain dissolute and self-indulgent. But the one who desires to please Me because they love Me will do nothing without first seeking through prayer and discernment what I ask and will step out in faith and do it.

Isaiah 66:2

 

My hands have made all this and it is all mine, but what I am looking for is the one who is meek and contrite of heart, who trembles at my word. 

 

---- Mine, how often have I called you by your name and I have pleaded with you to turn away from the world and from the cravings of the flesh which is corrupt and destroy and leads only to darkness and despair. Because I created you for Myself I know you, I know what is good for your and gives life to your heart, mind, soul, body and spirit. Nothing but My love will satisfy nor can anything in the world take the place which is reserved for  Me alone. I love you, I who am from all eternity love you with an everlasting love and when you reject it you have power to wound Me, It is rejection that nailed Me to the Cross. The world continues to reject Me will you also? In Me is Life in abundance and it is this life that I freely give you in order that you may know joy in this life and eternal joy with Me in the next.

Sirach 19:22

 

Knowledge of evil is not wisdom, and prudence is not found in the advice of sinners.

 

---- Mine, I abhor sin. I cannot tolerate it and nothing that is even a little tarnished by it can come into My Presence. Sin is the work of evil and once you allow it a foothold in your life be certain that the wedge it creates will grow steadily wider until there I a great chasm between us.  Do not play with sin; it is insidious . You may tell yourself it is harmless and hurts no one but sin has a way of tainting not only the sinner but everything and everyone it touches and before you know it everything that was once light in and around you becomes darkness. I love you passionately do not deliberately, and with full consent choose death for it is the price you pay for pandering to the flesh. My mercy and pardon is freely granted if you return to Me. Remember all it takes is one step  away from the Way that leads to Truth and Life and if you do not correct yourself ad return to the road that leads to the Kingdom you will be lost to Me foreverr

Whoever keeps my commandment is the one who loves me. If he loves me, he will also be loved by my Father; I too shall love him and show myself clearly to him.

 

 

 

---- Mine, there is one sure way for you to know that you truly love Me and that is by keeping My commandments. There are just two. Keep them and you obey them all for love is the foundation, it is the heart, the impetus you need. Do all that I command you because you love Me above, beyond, before, and completely before all else and because of this love that you have for Me you love your neighbor. Love as I love you - I lay down My Life for My friends. Follow Me! Imitate Me! Walk in the Way of Love and Life. Walk by faith believing that all that I have said I will do. If you believe then nothing is impossible  for you.

Sirach 35:12

The Lord is judge and shows no partiality.

---- My Own,it will do you good always to remember this. I am the righteous judge there is no other. I will judge you according to your transgressions if you sin with impunity and take My mercy for granted. I hate sin although I love the sinner. Do your best each day to struggle against temptation. Relying on the plenitude of My grace made available to you each day in the Holy Eucharist you can turn your back to sin and from choosing to walk in ways that do not benefit your soul. Pray constantly. Invoke the protection of your Guardian Angel and call upon My Holy Spirit who dwells in the temple of your body. Remember that I can call you home at any time without any warning. Be ready for you know no the day or the hour.

He made everything fitting in its time, but also set eternity in their hearts, although man is not able to embrace the work of God from the beginning to the end.

---- My Own, all living beings on earth are limited by time, eventually every man and woman must die. Yet in every heart God has placed a desire for eternity and to each He has given an immortal soul that will never perish. The imperishable is housed in flesh, a body that when in due course reaches its end will meet death. 

My Father has also placed in each heart and soul a hunger and thirst for eternal things that only God can satisfy. The God of infinite love, the omnipotent God has revealed His love, He has made His Face visible, He has permitted You to eat His Body and drink His Blood and it is this food and drink that for a moment enables you to experience and to grasp for just a while, the Eternal.

Psalm 46:11

Be still, know that I am God.

---- My own, be still. Let everything within you quiet down, close your ears to every sound around you, and listen to the steady beating of your heart. I, the Lord, Creator of all things seen and unseen who says to the waves, thus far and no further, who calms the storm and gentles the raging wind, am the God who causes your heart to beat, and breathes into you My breath. Should I withhold it you will cease to be. Should I take my gaze away from you you will no longer live. You take so much for granted. Take a moment to understand my invitation to you today and respond  to it. Be still. Step away from all the things of the world and for a moment experience this truth and let it sink into your very being. Know the unknowable, touch, taste God in the Holy Eucharist, and revel in the knowledge that I the Alpha and the Omega loves you with an everlasting love.

---- My Own, even if the mountains should fall and all the seas dry up my love for you will never fail, it will not come to an end. My Love is eternal. My kindness, mercy, and compassion are everlasting. From age to age  I am God who loves you so completely, so faithfully, so passionately, and so tenderly that My Father did not hesitate to ask Me to make that love visible, and tangible in the laying down of My Life for you. Remember what I have said, "There is no greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friend." 

You, ---- Mine, are My friend as I am yours. Not only am I your Friend but I am also your Brother, You soul's beloved, and Your constant Companion. I am who am from all eternity, is your God. I loves you with a love that knows neither beginning nor end. My love for you is eternal.

---- My Own, today I assure you that every time you call Me I will hear and answer  you. I desire you to come to me with the confidence of a child that turns to its mother and father to meet its demands when it cries for help. I the Lord your God am with you, I walk with you, I come to you in the Holy Eucharist, and I dwell in Your heart. Your soul is my dwelling place and it is here that I make my home.Turn to Me in your need and look to Me to provide all that your heard desires. My love never fails.

Miracles, Holy Spirit and plenty of everything were given to you. 

---- My Own, never even for a moment do I want you to forget how precious you are in My sight. As I have said to you so often before I say again, I hear every prayer, every sigh, every cry. I see each tear they are so precious that I collect them. You tears of joy, sorrow,heartache - I know them all. I stretch out My hand over all those you bring to Me. I bless them, I hear your prayers for each one. My hand is not too short to grant any and all of the favors you ask on their behalf. Nothing pleases the Father, the Holy Spirit and Me more than when You come to Me with the confidence of a child approaching its dad certain that all that it asks for will be granted; for the Father delights in every prayer of petition made in My Name. Have I not said, "Anything that you ask the Father in My Name He will give it to you?"

Believe, in faith that the Lord your God is  pleased to open the treasure house of His grace to flood your life and your soul with every good and perfect gift. Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, the miracle you are praying for is already granted. Rejoice and be glad for the Lord your God delights to grant you favor upon favor when you ask in My Name.
