LAMENTATIONS 3:21-24 (2025)

LAMENTATIONS 3:21-24

But this, when I ponder, is what gives me hope:
The Lord's love abides unceasingly.
His compassion is never consumed;
every morning it is renewed.
And his love remains ever faithful.
“My portion is the Lord,” says my soul.
“On him shall I rely.”

---- mine,

You come to Me morning after morning before dawn, you sit with Me, and you raise your heart, mind, and soul to Me. You pray unceasingly for the conversion of your children and those you love. You plead with Me for their conversion of heart and their return to the life of the Church. I have heard your prayers, and I have not only seen your tears but I have collected each one of them. They are all precious to Me: your sorrow, your tears, your love for those who are nearest and dearest to you. Remember that I died for them, I laid down my life for them, I emptied Myself for their salvation and the salvation of the whole world. My Father is aware of the price I paid for their redemption, it was a price that both love and justice demanded, and I was glad to do all that He asked of Me because I love you. Now you are Mine, and I will also claim as Mine all who are sealed in the Seal of the Holy Spirit through Baptism. Do not fear, ---- my own, My hand is not too short to save. Continue to pray, to hope, and above all, do not lose heart. At the appointed time, they too will bend the knee and glorify My Name before My Father in Heaven, and there will be great rejoicing in heaven at their return. Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
