MATTHEW 7:13-14 (2025)

MATTHEW 7:13-14

Enter through the narrow gate:
for wide is the gate, and broad is the road,
that leads to destruction, and many go that way.
How narrow is the gate that leads to life;
and how rough, the road;
few there are, who find it.

---- mine,

Your whole life, you have looked for an easier route, you have avoided what was difficult, you have sought to either ignore what was tough, or you found ways to escape or not deal with the challenges. When you do this, you who desire to love Me, be my disciple, and to come to Me and remain with Me forever, will ultimately discover that there is no avoiding the narrow way. Because all your life you have found ways to avoid the hard things, the difficult things, the challenging things you needed to be taught, as you grew older, you had to deal with even more difficult and challenging things. The lessons you needed to learn for your purification, the suffering that you had to undergo to teach you the Way of the Cross, which is needful for all who are Mine, became even more difficult and challenging for you. From now on, embrace all the little trials as well as the big ones that are given to you from the Hand and Heart of a loving God. Your heavenly Father will never permit you to suffer needlessly. Remember that My Father sent Me into the world to save and to redeem it. I had to die so you could live. I bore the suffering and punishment that was yours. This is how much the Father loves you. Remain in My love, and you will remain in His. Ask and you will receive the Holy Spirit, who will help you. Pray constantly and seek consciously from now on to choose the narrow and difficult way that leads to eternal life.
