Do not do to another
what you would hate done to yourself.
Do not drink wine to the point of drunkenness;
do not let drunkenness be a life-long companion.
Give your bread to those who are hungry
and your clothes to those who are naked;
give alms of everything you have over.

Treat everyone the way you wish to be treated. Practice prudence in all things. Do not look down or think yourself better than anyone else. Be grateful for the gifts, the blessings, the opportunities, and the favors you have received from the hands of a loving God. Be a good steward and share what you have been given generously. Give and you will be given in full measure, shaken down, and running over.
