 PROVERBS 8:13 & 17

The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil.
Pride and arrogance and the way of evil
and perverted speech I hate.

I love those who love me,
and those who seek me diligently find me.

Only the childlike and humble of heart find a home in Me, they rest in Me, It is I who teach the little ones who are called by My Name. Anyone who hears My voice and follows Me will be taught by My Spirit.  Call on Me and I will answer. Seek Me and you will find Me.  I will never leave or forsake those who are Mine. Be still and listen to the voice of wisdom and yield in all things to the Holy Spirit and you will know perfect peace in a world of turmoil and trouble.

WORD OF GOD - IS 59:21

ISAIAH 59:21

And as for me, this is my covenant with them, says the Lord: my spirit that is upon you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouths of your children, or out of the mouths of your children’s children, says the Lord, from now on and forever.

I have made an irrevocable covenant of love with you and with all those you love, those closest and most precious to you. My Spirit which I have given you will be with you always - leading and guiding you, inspiring and teaching you. He has made His dwelling place within your soul and will never leave you. This same Spirit will also remain with those who are yours. Believe in Me and believe in My Word.

WORD OF GOD - DEUT 15:10-11

DEUTERONOMY 15:10-11

Give liberally and be ungrudging when you do so, for on this account the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you undertake. Since there will never cease to be some in need on the earth, I therefore command you, ‘Open your hand to the poor and needy neighbor in your land.’

Learn to give as My Father gives, unstintingly, generously, without counting the cost. Giving expands your soul and enables it to receive a multitude of graces. Have a heart that is empathetic towards those less fortunate than yourself. There is always someone in need, someone grieving, someone hungry for kindness, someone thirsting for a word of encouragement, or just a smile. Hunger and thirst are not always for want of food and drink. Give and you will be given with a measure that is pressed down, shaken together, and overflowing. 

WORD OF GOD - IS 54:13, 17

 ISAIAH 54:13, 17

All your children will be taught by the Lord, and they will prosper greatly.

No weapon forged against you will succeed, and all who speak against you will be silenced. Such is the lot of the servants of the Lord, and such is the right I grant them—says the Lord.

Believe all that I say to you this day. You know this to be true because you have already experienced it thus far. Today, I wish to assure you that it will continue to be so, for I love you and My protection extends over you and all whom you love. I Myself will teach your children and I will ensure they receive all that is necessary to lead them home safely to My Father's house. As for you, never forget that you belong to Me and are most beloved to Me. You are Mine.

WORD OF GOD - SIR 24:19-22

 SIRACH 24:19-22

‘Come to me, you who desire me,
and eat your fill of my fruits.
For the memory of me is sweeter than honey,
and the possession of me sweeter than the honeycomb.
Those who eat of me will hunger for more,
and those who drink of me will thirst for more.
Whoever obeys me will not be put to shame,
and those who work with me will not sin.’

Because you are Mine, I will heap upon you a super-abundance of gifts beginning with the Gift of My Spirit. He is the treasure for which all is well lost. He is the pearl of great price possessing it you possess the Kingdom of God. Wisdom makes her dwelling place in the Holy Spirit and the Spirit grants her to all who come to Me, all who believe in Me, all who eat and drink of Me, all who receive life from Me. Remain in Me and the Holy Spirit and Wisdom will remain in you and you will bear fruit for My glory and for the glory of God

WORD OF GOD - LK 15:22-24

 LUKE 15:22-24

But the father said to his slaves, “Quickly, bring out a robe—the best one—and put it on him; put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. And get the fatted calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate; for this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found!” And they began to celebrate.

Take a moment to reflect on how much the Father loves you. What does He care about your past sins grave though they might have been although they broke His heart at the time? All that matters now is that you have returned with a contrite heart and a broken spirit. Do not dwell on your past sins, they are all forgiven and hence the Father has no memory of it. Begin anew. The price is paid, you are redeemed. Remember, there is greater rejoicing in heaven over one repentant sinner than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need for repentance. To the humble, obedient, and broken-hearted in spirit belong all the treasures of the Kingdom of My Father. Rejoice and be glad, you are home in My Fathers' house where you belong

WORD OF GOD - JER 33:3

JEREMIAH 33:3

He who made the earth, who fashioned and established it, he whose Name is Yahweh is speaking to you, “Call me and I shall answer. I will reveal to you great and mysterious things you have not known.”

You belong to Me. Nothing pleases Me more than to claim you for Myself for you were created by My Father for Me.Grafted to My Body you receive the life of My Spirit. You are a daughter of God and all that is hidden is made known to those whom the Father has betrothed to Me. Listen and you will hear. See and you will behold. Open your heart to the Son of God and the Son of Man who desires to make His dwelling place in you and be united as one with you in the love of the Spirit. Be not afraid you are Mine, no one can take what belongs to Me.

WORD OF GOD - JN 7:37:38

 JOHN 7:37-38

Let anyone who is thirsty come to me, and let the one who believes in me drink. As the scripture has said, “Out of the believer’s heart shall flow rivers of living water."

Come, stand at the foot of the Cross, bathe in the water, and blood that flows from My heart. Believe in Me and you will be saved. Immerse yourself in My Word, make it your food and drink and springs of living water flowing from your heart as well. The things of the world cannot satisfy but I can, I will, I do. Come, drink deep of My love and you will have life in abundance.

WORD OF GOD - LK 21:3-4

LUKE 21:3-4

 ‘Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all of them; for all of them have contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in all she had to live on.’

The only kind of giving that is pleasing to My Father is the one in which one gives all of oneself to the Beloved. In love, half measures are unacceptable, love keeps nothing in reserve but pours itself out counting the giving pure joy. The poor widow went home with a heart filled with the loving presence of God and rich with a superabundance of grace. 

WORD OF GOD - LK 5:4

 LUKE 5:4

When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, ‘Put out into the deep water and let down your nets for a catch.’

The Church, My Church, My Bride, of which Peter and each of his successors is the visible head, hear My voice and obey it. To them is given the courage to venture out fearlessly into the deep water where none have the temerity to go. They let down their nets exactly where they are inspired to do so by the power of the Holy Spirit and always haul in a large catch of souls for the Kingdom of God. The Bride hears the voice of the Bridegroom clearly and always speaks His Word in its entirety and always acts according to His will. She is neither deceived nor will she be deceived for the Spirit of Lord dwells in fullness in her.

WORD OF GOD - MT 12:19-21

 MATTHEW 12:19-21

He will not argue or shout, nor will his voice be heard in the streets. The  bruised reed he will not crush, nor snuff out the smoldering wick until he brings justice to victory, and in him, all the nations will put their hope.

I came into the world to reveal the Face of God, the nature of God, the power of God, and the wisdom of God so all may believe and come to the knowledge of Truth. This is Truth, that the Son of God came into the world to lay down His life as a ransom for all. I came into the world to take by the hand not angels but the people of all nations who believe that the Father sent Me and I lead them to My Father's house. I AM He of whom it was said that I would be a sign of contradiction to the world to confound the proud and the haughty and bring deliverance and hope to the poor. 

WORD OF GOD - IS 16:5

ISAIAH 16:5

A throne shall be established in steadfast love in the tent of David, and on it shall sit in faithfulness a ruler who seeks justice and is swift to do what is right.

Fear nothing. I AM the Lord your God, is anything too difficult for Me? Pray constantly, pray with confidence. All things work together for good for those who love Me and for those I love. Remember always that you are Mine. No harm will come to you for you live in the shadow of My love and under My protection. Be not afraid I have overcome the world.

WORD OF GOD - JER 31:25

 JEREMIAH 31:25

I will refresh the weary and lift up the downhearted.

Be not afraid, for I, the Lord your God am with you always. Turn to Me in all your difficulties, it is I who sustain the weary heal the brokenhearted, and wipe the tears from every cheek. I AM the Lord your God, there is no other. There is no help but the help that comes from Me. Ask and I will give you all the grace and strength you need until the end of your pilgrim journey on earth. You are Mine.

WORD OF GOD - RM 14:17, 19

ROMANS 14:17, 19

The kingdom of God is not a matter of food or drink; it is justice, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Let us look, then, for what strengthens peace and makes us better.

Disunity, discord, and destruction are the work of Satan and his minions. All who live by the Spirit are bearers of peace and they promote peace, good-will, and harmony. God's children work together to build up not tear down. I was sent into the world to save it and to make the Father's love known. It is His desire that all His children believe in Me and believing are saved. Peace is My gift to you. Not a peace that compromises what is good, and true but a peace that the world cannot give. The peace I give is made manifest in loving service to one another and in laying down one's life for one's friends. 

WORD OF GOD - MT 3:11

MATTHEW 3:11

I baptize you with water for repentance, but one who is more powerful than I is coming after me; I am not worthy to carry his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

You are baptized with the Holy Spirit and with fire. He purifies you with the fire of divine love. You no longer need to rely on yourself for human strength is unable to withstand the power of evil. You have received power from on high through the Spirit that I give to all who believe in Me. Without the Holy Spirit, you can do nothing. Rely on Him for everything for He is your Helper, your Paraclete, Your Teacher, and your Guide.

WORD OF GOD - ESTHER 4:9, 11, 1

ESTHER 4:9, 11, 12

What is it? I am your brother. Take heart.
Come speak to me. Speak to me.

There is never a time night or day that you cannot approach Me and tell Me exactly what is on your mind and heart. My ears are close to your lips. Before the words are out of your mouth I have heard you. Never forget that you belong to Me. I will always protect you for I AM not only your Brother, I AM your Redeemer, your Savior, your Friend, and your Lord and your God. Take heart, no harm will ever come to those who belong to Me and are called by My Name.

WORD OF GOD - PS 45:10-11

 PSALM 45:10-11

Hear, O daughter, consider and incline your ear;
forget your people and your father’s house,
and the king will desire your beauty.
Since he is your lord, bow to him.

You are a daughter of the Most High because you are baptized and grafted into Me. You belong to My Father because you believe in Me. It has always been My Father's will that you are counted among those to whom is granted the privilege of the faith so you were born into it. I entrusted you to those who would nurture it, help you mature in it, and enable you to put your roots deep into Me and be nourished by My Spirit. Increase in virtue and align your will more fully to Mine each day and you will always know joy.

WORD OF GOD - IS 26:3-4

ISAIAH 26:3-4 

You keep in perfect peace the one of steadfast mind, the one who trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord is an everlasting Rock.

Peace is My gift to all who believe in Me, all who hope in Me, all who trust in Me. Trust in Me with all your heart and I will give you your heart's desires. I abide in you, I make My home in you. I live, move, and breathe in you. Fear nothing for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

WORD OF GOD - JN 3:34-35

JOHN 3:34-35

He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure. The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in his hands.

Looking around you and all that is happening in the world it is easy to get discouraged, to lose heart, to think that the world has reached the point of no return that all is lost and it is impossible to stop the world's headlong fall over the brink of into the abyss of disaster and doom. But those are the lies that the father of lies wants you to believe. God so loved the world that He sent Me, His only Son, into it, not to condemn it but to save it. I sent the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Life and Truth, the power of God, and the glory of God. He is at work in the world against all the forces of spiritual darkness. The Holy Spirit is given without measure to all who belong to Me. Love is stronger than death and will never be vanquished. Be not afraid.

WORD OF GOD - IS 45:2-3

I will go before you to level the slopes, I will break the gates of brass and destroy the iron bars; I will give you treasures hidden in darkness and riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel who calls you by your name.

Never forget for an instant that I AM with you always. You belong to Me this is why you are called by My Name. I will level mountains before you, I will ensure that nothing hinders your pilgrim journey to My Father's house. My Holy Spirit abiding in you ensures that you will always find treasures of immeasurable graces especially in the darkest times of your life. Hidden in secret in the inner sanctuary of your heart, I, the Lord your God, choose to make My home for you are my delight. 

WORD OF GOD -

 ISAIAH 63:9

In all their trials It was not a messenger or an angel but he himself who delivered them. Out of his love and mercy, he redeemed
them, lifting them up and carrying them throughout the days of old.

Listen and hold fast to what I say to you today. In all your trials, difficulties, anxieties, and fears, in sickness and in death, in good times and bad, in all the circumstances of your life, it is I Myself, no one else, who saves you, delivers you, consoles and comforts you, carries you. This is what I have done from the moment of your conception and will continue to do so all the days of your life.

 

WORD OF GOD - JN 8:31-32

 JOHN 8:31-32

You will be my true disciples if you keep my word. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.

My true disciples are those who model their lives on Me. I AM the Way, follow Me. I AM the Truth, believe in Me, I AM the Life, receive Me. You cannot keep My Word if you are ignorant of it. My Word is Truth and My Word is spirit and life. True freedom is possible when you know My Word and obey it. 

WORD OF GOD - PS 42:1-2

 PSALM 42:1-2

As a deer longs for flowing streams,
so my soul longs for you, O God.
My soul thirsts for God,
for the living God.
When shall I come and behold
the face of God?

I desire you to desire Me more ardently than the things of the earth that thieves can steal and rust destroy. Desire to look upon My countenance more than you long for air to breathe. Hunger and thirst for Me as I hunger and thirst for your love. Remain in me and I will remain with you always. My Face will shine on you and I will be your rock of refuge, your shelter, your comfort, and your shade.

WORD OF GOD - MT 8:23-26

Jesus got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Without warning, a fierce storm burst upon the lake, with waves sweeping the boat. But Jesus was asleep. The disciples woke him up and cried, “Lord save us! We are lost!” But Jesus answered, “Why are you so afraid, you of little faith?” Then he stood up and rebuked the wind and sea; and it became completely calm.

Follow Me even when you do not know where I lead you. When troubles and difficulties swamp you and you feel abandoned hold on to My Word assuring you that I will never leave you or forsake you for you are Mine. Have courage, have faith, believe. Trials last only a little while. Do not let fear overwhelm you. Do not permit terror to overpower you. The wind will die down, the waves will subside, I will calm the storm and all will be well.

WORD OF GOD - JOB 22:25-28

JOB 22:25-28

For the Almighty will be your gold and your sparkling silver. For then you will delight in the Almighty and lift up your face to God. You will pray to him and he will hear, and you will fulfill your vows. You will succeed in your decision, and light will shine upon your way.

I AM the treasure in the field, the pearl of great price. If you make Me your delight you can ask the Father for anything in My Name and He will give it to you. When you lift up your face to My Father He will stoop tenderly over you for He rejoices in all who receive Me. Because you are Mine He will ensure that you always walk in the Light that is brighter than the noonday sun and the night will not overtake you.

WORD OF GOD - 1 COR 6:19-20

1 CORINTHIANS 6:19-20

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body.

You belong to Me. I purchased you at the cost of My life. I lay down My life so you may live. You are Mine you no longer belong to Yourself but to Me. Heart, mind, soul, body, and spirit are all purchased by My Blood, you are redeemed by Me. The ransom paid in exchange for your life was the death of the Son of God and the life you received is My life. Put to death all the desires of the flesh that will enslave you. You have been set free for love, for life, while you wait in faith and hope, and for the glorious destiny that awaits you in the Kingdom of God.  

WORD OF GOD - IS 27:2-3

 ISAIAH 27:2-3

On that day: A pleasant vineyard, sing about it! I, the Lord, am its keeper; every moment I water it. I guard it night and day so that no one can harm it.

On the day of your baptism, you were grafted to Me and My Father became your Father. You are now planted in My vineyard, the Holy Spirit abiding in you enables you to bear good fruit that will last. You are Mine and I  keep faithful watch over all that is Mine. Through the Sacraments, I provide all you need to thrive and flourish. Fear not! No harm will come to you nor will evil approach you because you are Mine.

WORD OF GOD - JER 32:27

 Jeremiah 32:27

“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me?"

What is your greater fear? What do you hope for most of all? Ask Me and I will give you all you need not only for yourself but for all whose needs you bring before Me in prayer each day. I AM the Lord your God, nothing is too difficult for Me. Believe, and all you ask for in prayer will be granted to you.

WORD OF GOD - MK 1:31

MARK 1:31

Jesus went to her and, taking her by the hand, raised her up. The fever left her and she began to wait on them.

I come to you in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, I take you by the hand and raise you up. I heal you and renew your strength. You in turn are called to serve Me by serving your neighbor.

WORD OF GOD - JN 12:35-36

 JOHN 12:35-36

Jesus said to them, ‘The light is with you for a little longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. If you walk in the darkness, you do not know where you are going. While you have the light, believe in the light, so that you may become children of light.’

I AM the light of the world without Me you walk in the dark, in the night, in loneliness, terror, and despair. Evil stalks those who are in the dark. Walk in the Light and you walk in Truth that has power to set you free from ignorance and lies spread by the followers of the prince of darkness. You are a child of the light through Baptism and enjoy fellowship with the children of light. Remain in the Me and My light will remain in you. Stay awake lest while you sleep the light in you departs. 

WORD OF GOD - SG OF SGS 5:16, 16:3

 SONG OF SONGS 5:16, 6:3

His speech is most sweet,
and he is altogether desirable.
This is my beloved and this is my friend,
O daughters of Jerusalem.

I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine;
he pastures his flock among the lilies.

Ponder My Word, feast on it, meditate on it, contemplate it, live it, be moved and inspired by it, and allow it to rule your every thought, word, and deed. I AM the Eternal Word of the living God; treasure My Word, let it be a lamp unto your feet and a light to your path. And remember always that I love you with an enduring, everlasting,  infinite love. Be not afraid! Live life boldly with courage and confidence knowing that I Am for you and with you, always.
