WORD OF GOD - PS 138:7-8

PSALM 138:7-8

If I walk in the midst of trouble,
You give me life.
With outstretched arm,
You save me from the wrath of my foes,
With your right hand You deliver me.
How the Lord cares for me!
Your kindness O Lord, endures forever.
Forsake not the work of Your hands.

Never doubt for a moment that I AM with you and that I will never leave you, never forsake you because I know my own and my own know Me. Pray constantly. Remain in Me as I remain in you. Let My Word be your consolation and Your ever-present help. Draw on its wisdom and allow it to permeate your being then you will never be bereft of comfort, strength, and help in difficult times. Remember that I AM with you always. I hear you always. I answer you always. Have no doubt only believe.

WORD OF GOD - BARUCH 4:30

BARUCH 4:30

Take courage, O Jerusalem,
for the one who named you will comfort you.

Fear is insidious, it is feral, it destroys, it kills. This is why I say to you constantly, 'Be not afraid.' God's children, those redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb have no reason to be afraid because God fights their battles for them. All you are required to do is nestle under my wings, take refuge in Me, hide in Me. Be still and know that I AM God and I save. Courage, take heart, know that I who created you, named you, and give you life in abundance will never abandon you because you are Mine.

WORD OF GOD - TOBIT 7:17

TOBIT 7:17

“Take courage, my daughter! May the Lord of heaven grant you joy in place of your grief! Courage, my daughter!”

Courage! Have faith! God is on your side fighting the battle for you, With Me nothing is impossible. Trust Me! Believe! Remember, I AM God. All will be well, hold on to this truth. All will be well. Are you not mine? Have I not kept My Word to you always? Courage! I AM the God of all consolation and I AM with you always to comfort, strengthen, and help you. With Me all is well.

My beloved speaks and says to me:

‘Arise, my love, my fair one,

This is the invitation that I extend to you and will do so until you draw your last breath in this life. I desire you to have a closer and more intimate relationship with Me with every passing day. The seasons of joy, pain, sorrow, and suffering, come and go, and with the passing of each of these seasons, I form you more and more in the image and likeness of your Creator. Keep your gaze fixed on Me not on yourself, not on your troubles, or sorrows but on Me, and you will discover joy in the midst of sorrow, courage in the midst of fear, peace in the time of turmoil, and love that will sustain you always. Remain in Me for my yoke is easy and my burden is light and the God of peace will make His home in you. Remain in My love.

WORD OF GOD - PVBS 8:34

PROVERBS 8:34

Happy is the one who listens to me,
watching daily at my gates,
waiting beside my doors.

Your ear must constantly be attuned to My Church for anyone who listens to her listens to Me and anyone who listens to Me listens to the One who sent Me. I AM the Light of the world walk with Me and you will walk in the Light and the darkness will not overcome you. Come to Me, remain in Me, abide in Me and I will I abide in you. Call Me, wait for Me, yearn for Me, desire Me above all else and with every fiber of your being just as I long for you. You can be one with Me as often as you receive Me in the Holy Eucharist for there is no union as close this side of heaven. Remain in My love for as long as today lasts and tomorrow you will remain with Me forever in the Kingdom of God.

PROVERBS 24:33-34

A little sleep, a little slumber,
a little folding of the hands to rest,
and poverty will come upon you like a robber,
and want, like an armed warrior.

This is the story of your life - you will admit it if you are honest to yourself. You have habitually given in to the promptings of the flesh and this is why you have made so little progress in holiness. Each time you are self-indulgent, choose ease over doing the hard thing, the difficult thing you allow yourself to be robbed of grace. The evil one knows all your weaknesses better than you know them yourself and he knows when and how to slither in and quietly strike, he is so subtle you are not even aware that evil has won. But it is not too late. Wake up! This is the hour! Now is the time to keep watch and pray so you will not be led into temptation and the Father who loves you will come to you, comfort you, and enable you to become the daughter He created you to be. Do not be discouraged begin anew.

WORD OF GOD - ESTHER 5:6

ESTHER 5:6

While they were drinking wine, the king said to Esther, ‘What is your petition? It shall be granted you. And what is your request? Even to the half of my kingdom, it shall be fulfilled.’

At the Consecration of the bread and wine at every Eucharistic celebration, ask Me anything you wish and I will give it to you. The Kingdom of heaven is yours just as I AM wholly yours when you receive Me body, soul, and divinity into your soul. This is the moment to make all your requests known to Me and they shall be fulfilled for My Father delights in giving the fullness of the Holy Spirit to all who ask. 

WORD OF GOD - DN 10:12

DANIEL 10:12

He said to me, ‘Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words have been heard, and I have come because of your words.

Heed My word to you today - fear nothing but trust in Me always. Stay in the shadow of My Love and you will know that I AM God and you are mine now and forever. Humility and obedience are the two virtues that I desire you to exercise constantly. Be humble in thought, word, and deed, listen and you will hear Me speak constantly and obey, no matter how difficult your flesh finds it to be subjugated to My will, do it. Remember, your struggles are not your own, I AM with you every step of the way to help you from this life all the way to heaven.

WORD OF GOD - PS50:14-15

PSALM 50:14-15

‘Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving,

and pay your vows to the Most High.

Call on me in the day of trouble; 

I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.’

Pay attention to My Word to you today and you will cease to complain that I do not hear you, do not answer you, do not come to your help and rescue you. What is it that I, require of you? Have you made the offering that is due to God, the Most High? Do you understand what a sacrifice of thanksgiving is? A Sacrifice of Thanksgiving was offered on the hill at Calvary - it was a complete self-donation of Myself to My Father according to His will for your sake and for the whole world. You in turn are called to do the same. You owe God everything. You owe Me everything. You owe the Holy Spirit everything. Give thanks constantly even for the things that you consider less than a blessing and you will begin to experience the power God. I will deliver you and you will glorify Me with every breath you breathe. Be still, give thanks, and know that I AM God.

WORD OF GOD - LK 15:21-24

Then the son said to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.” But the father said to his slaves, “Quickly, bring out a robe—the best one—and put it on him; put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. And get the fatted calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate; for this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found!” And they began to celebrate.

I know you are a sinner, I know you have sinned, I know that you are sorry, contrite, ashamed. I am aware that your motives are not always pure for I who created you know you better than you know yourself. It is enough for Me to know that you are repentant, it is enough for Me that you desire to return to Me with all your heart. Remember that apart from Me you will die in your sins. You need My grace to live so each time you wander from the fold return to Me and no matter how gravely you have sinned you will discover that no sin can ever be greater than My mercy. Nothing is lost that cannot be restored a hundredfold through the merits I won for you on the Cross.

WORD OF GOD - LK 10:4-42

But Martha was distracted by her many tasks; so she came to him and asked, ‘Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her then to help me.’ But the Lord answered her, ‘Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things; there is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part, which will not be taken away from her.’

Of late many things have been troubling you and disturbing your peace even though you know that like Mary there is need of only one thing. Choose as Mary chose, the better part and the peace and joy that surpasses all understanding will be yours. Stay at My feet, learn from Me, cast all your burdens on Me, this is what I desire. I want to journey with you all the way from this life to the life that is to come in the Kingdom of God. Be not afraid either for yourself or those you love. I keep My promises.

WORD OF GOD - ROM 8:15-17

ROMANS 8:15-17

For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received a spirit of adoption. When we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’ it is that very Spirit bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ—if, in fact, we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him.

Through Baptism you have been grafted into My Body, You have received My Spirit, You are privileged to address My Father as Abba, for He is your Father as well. All that I have My Father desires that I share with all His adopted sons and daughters hence everything that is Mine is yours as well. But for just a little while you will have to walk in the valley of tears and of suffering but be not afraid, I have overcome the world.  

WORD OF GOD - MT 14:19-21

MATTHEW 14:19-21

Taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven, and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds. And all ate and were filled; and they took up what was left over of the broken pieces, twelve baskets full. And those who ate were about five thousand men, besides women and children.

Do not underestimate the power of God, My power, you do it all the time. Have no doubt when you pray, when you intercede, when you ask for favors either for yourself or for those you love, or for anyone who asks you to pray. Yes, I work not according to your will but Mine. I will do all you ask of Me in My time, in My way, according to My will but it will be done and you will be satisfied and your joy will run over. Pray constantly, bring all your needs to Me, nothing delights Me more than faith in Me and you will find that I never disappoint.

WORD OF GOD - JN 12:17-18

JOHN 12:17-18

So the crowd that had been with him when he called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead continued to testify. It was also because they heard that he had performed this sign that the crowd went to meet him.

How many miracles have you witnessed in your own life and to how many have you testified? How often in the Sacrament of Reconciliation I have raised your soul from the dead and yet you continue to be lukewarm, to blow hot and cold, to take my love for you for granted. You continue in indifference and to a life lacking in discipline. You continue to exercise your will over mine especially when you find it even a little difficult. You are so easily distracted, so willing to take the easy route, the broad path. In the end, ---- mine, life for you will run its course and then comes judgment. My mercy and forgiveness in torrents are available to you now - tomorrow will be too late. 

WORD OF GOD - MT 8:22

MATTHEW 8:22

But Jesus said to him, ‘Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.’

You know full well the excuses you make when I ask you, invite you to do something good, to go out of yourself, to do something that demands more of you than you believe you are able to give. So often you talk yourself out of moving out of your comfort zone and following the promptings of the Holy Spirit then complain that I do not demand enough of you. In the course of each day, I invite you to choose the better part but you stifle the promptings of grace. How much longer must I put up with you? Follow Me! Excuses hinder your growth in holiness and perfection soon it will be too late. Follow Me now.

WORD OF GOD - MK 10:10-11

MARK 12:10-11

Have you not read this scripture:
“The stone that the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone;
this was the Lord’s doing,
and it is amazing in our eyes”?’

Read scripture with the heart and mind of the Church. Be docile to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, and yield to Wisdom the fullness of which is to be found only where Peter is. The world has always rejected those who refused to compromise the Truth but the ultimate rejection of Truth came from those who were called God's own people. The Stone rejected by the religious authorities in Israel is now the Cornerstone. Raised from the dead I AM seated at the right hand of the Father and from the heights of the New Jerusalem, I draw all believers from every nation in the world to Myself. This is the power of God, this is the glory of God, and all who believe in Me are saved.
