Cast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed against me, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! Why will you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord God. Turn, then, and live.

You know that you have a long, long way to go in your journey in the spiritual life. You alone can decide whether or not you will exert your will over the natural inclinations of concupiscence and do what you ought instead of what your flesh beguiles you to do. How much longer, ---- my own, will you fritter away the precious hours allotted to you? Time for you will soon be no more and you will stand before Me. How do you expect Me to judge you when you know all too well how frivolously you have spent the precious life that was My gift to you? This is the time, the day, the hour to put aside all that takes you away from the work at hand. Ask and I will give you a new heart and a new spirit. Once you have put your hand on the plow ask for the grace to go forward with a steady and resolute heart, mind, and will. I will give you all that you need to journey in the Way leading to life. Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you. Nothing delights My Father more than to grant the Holy Spirit to all who ask. Do not lose heart all is not lost. I AM here and I will walk with you, abide with you, and help you. Be not afraid you are Mine - I will not permit anyone who is Mine to be lost.
