WORD OF GOD - ROM 8:14-17

ROMANS 8:14-17

For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received a spirit of adoption. When we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’ it is that very Spirit bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ—if, in fact, we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him.

You are a child of God and heir to the Kingdom. As a member of My Body, you are given the privilege of calling My Father, Dad. You are Mine. I have called you by your name and breathed My Spirit into you so you can live a life of grace and peace. Grace empowers you to choose to do all that is pleasing in My sight. Do not waste the sufferings allotted to you but accept them gladly and unite them with Mine in this way you will obtain the conversion of the souls of those you love, and pray for. Redemptive suffering has the power to snatch souls from the jaws of death and the gates of hell and your reward will be a share in the glory of My Resurrection.
