I missed the time we spend together each morning.
I understand that sometimes you permit your flesh
to take precedence over the desires of your spirit.
But remember this, all it takes is a little self-discipline
to master these desires and the rewards are great.
All it takes is but a moment to conquer your flesh
and yield to the demands of the spirit.
In this is life that you receive life from the source of all life.
Come to Me, tell me how difficult it is
to overcome the natural inclinations of the flesh
and I will give you the necessary grace and strength
to fight and win the battle.
