Let us test and examine our ways,and return to the Lord.
Let us lift up our hearts as well as our hands
to God in heaven.
We have transgressed and rebelled.
You came near when I called on you;
you said, ‘Do not fear!’

Use this time of Lent well and you will find refreshment for your soul, strength for your spirit, courage in the face of trials, and hope till the end of your days. Faith will sustain you and love will make all things possible. Do not fear! I have overcome the world.
