ISAIAH 7:4A
Take heed, be quiet, do not fear, and do not let your heart be faint.

I understand how fear can grip your heart when you look at the world around you. There is division, anger, and a demonic power unleashed upon the world in every corner of it. The spirit of the world seems to have extinguished the power of the Spirit of God and it is easy to grow despondent, to grow fainthearted, and to be swamped in despair. Those with faith, however, know that the victory is won. Death is vanquished, and the Son of Man has conquered. While the war continues to seemingly rage on the battle is won definitively and comprehensively. Take heart and heed My Word, I have overcome the world.
