Habakkuk 2:4
I don’t look with favor on the one who gives way; the
upright on the other hand, will live by his faithfulness.”
---- Mine, My favor rests on the one who strives to obey my
commandments, to live out the gospel message in one’s life whether or not it is
convenient. Many fall by the wayside because they succumb to the culture that
seeks to snuff out the truth and celebrates and rewards lies. But the one who
is upright, who is faithful in public and in private, who is not concerned with
pleasing man but God alone, such a person will I reward. On the one who is
faithful to the end My favor will rest.
