PSALM 138:1-3 (2024)

PSALM 138:1-3

I give you thanks, O Lord, with my whole heart; 

before the gods I sing your praise;
I bow down towards your holy temple
and give thanks to your name for your steadfast love and your faithfulness;
for you have exalted your name and your word
above everything.
On the day I called, you answered me,
you increased my strength of soul.

I always keep My Word. All that I have assured you I will do will come to pass all you need to do is be still and trust Me. I AM faithful and just. I keep My promises - have faith. Call on My Name always and I will always hear and answer. I will strengthen you when you are weak. I will wipe away your tears. I will heal you, I will console you, I will be your rock, your healer, your spouse, and your brother. Be not afraid ---- my own. Be not afraid for you are Mine purchased by My Blood redeemed at the cost of My Life which I lay down for you and for the whole world that you may live. I AM - there is no other Name by which you or anyone can be saved. I have saved and will save all you need to do is trust Me and My love.

PSALM 126:3 (2024)

PSALM 126:3

The Lord has done great things for us, 

and we rejoiced.

Never forget the mercies of God. Never fail to recall and recount all the gifts that have been showered on you both spiritual and temporal. Even through all the trials and sorrows in your life, I have been closer to you than your breath. I have enfolded you in My Sacred Heart and there has never been a moment when you were not wrapped in My love. Give thanks always. Rejoice in all circumstances for nothing matters either in this world or the next than embracing God's will in all things. In this is perfect joy, perfect peace, perfect rest. Remain in Me, my own and I will remain in you for you belong to Me.

JONAH 2:2 (2024)

JONAH 2:2

‘I called to the Lord out of my distress, 

and he answered me;

out of the belly of Sheol I cried,
and you heard my voice.

I always hear you and I always answer you. Never doubt for a moment that you are far from My sight. I hear every sigh. I never shift My gaze from you. I stoop low over you and I will be with you now and forever. Remain in My love. Think of Me, meditate on My love. Keep Me ever before you as I keep you ever before Me. Remember that all things work for good, especially those things that you find hardest to bear. Be at peace and whenever you are overwhelmed by circumstances turn your thoughts to Me, reach out for Me, I will take you by the hand and will draw you into My Sacred Heart until the storm passes. Fear nothing except offending and wounding Me who has loved you to the end.

MATTHEW 17:7B - 2024

MATTHEW 17:7B

But Jesus came and touched them, saying, ‘Get up and do not be afraid.’

Do not allow sorrow, despondency, or anxiety, to touch your soul or trouble your spirit - see I AM here right beside you can you not feel My touch? I AM with you always. Call My Name and I will hear you. Believe in Me and in My word. Do not be afraid. Do not give fear and anxiety a foothold in your life rather have faith and praise God in all things and you will soon discover the power in praise, thanksgiving, and worship in all circumstances. Be still and know that I AM God and I AM with you till the end of time. 

SIRACH 35:20-22A (2024)

SIRACH 35:20-22A

One whose service is pleasing to the Lord will be accepted,
and his prayer will reach to the clouds.
The prayer of the humble pierces the clouds,
and it will not rest until it reaches its goal;
it will not desist until the Most High responds
and does justice to the righteous, and executes judgement.

Serve Me with joy. Serve Me humbly, promptly, and obediently. The service you offer Me when you serve a brother or sister in need is done to Me - keep this thought always before you and no task will seem too burdensome. Count it all joy, ---- my own, count it all joy and the peace that surpasses human understanding will always be yours and the word I have spoken to you today will be accomplished. All have to go through life enduring trials, suffering, and crosses but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

PSALM 105:15 - 2024

PSALM 105:15

‘Do not touch my anointed ones; 

 do my prophets no harm.’

Fear nothing for I have declared that no harm shall come to you, evil shall not approach you for you belong to Me. Believe, hope, and place all your trust in My Word. I AM the Lord your God - love Me, serve Me, remain faithful to Me and I will come to you and I will make My home in you with My Father and the Holy Spirit. Be at peace, all is well.

TOBIT 7:17 (2024)

TOBIT 7:17

“Take courage, my daughter; the Lord of heaven grant you joyl in place of your sorrow. Take courage, my daughter.”

As often as I have said this to you before I say it again and I will say it over and over for as long as you need Me to. Be not afraid, ---- my own, the Father loves you. You are His beloved daughter and all He wants for you is to live a joy-filled life filled with confidence in His goodness and love. Be at peace. The God of heaven and earth is with you. I AM with you. Is not My Name - Emmanuel. Am I not called Jesus - I AM the God who is with you and I AM the Lord who saves. Be of good cheer my sister, my bride, my little one - I have conquered the world. 

JOHN 16:22-24 (2024)

 JOHN 16:22-24

So you have pain now; but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. On that day you will ask nothing of me. Very truly, I tell you, if you ask anything of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete.

I know all the burdens that are weighing you down - you are praying faithfully for these intentions. I AM God and I hear you and I have answered you and will always answer you. Ask the Father anything that you wish in My Name and He will give it to you. Be joyful in hope, patient in sorrow and trials, pray constantly, and all that you ask for in prayer you will receive. Your joy will be boundless and you will glorify My Name. 

ESTHER 5:6, 7:2 (2024)

ESTHER 5:6, 7:2

While they were drinking wine, the king said to Esther, ‘What is your petition? It shall be granted you. And what is your request? Even to the half of my kingdom, it shall be fulfilled.’

On the second day, as they were drinking wine, the king again said to Esther, ‘What is your petition, Queen Esther? It shall be granted you. And what is your request? Even to the half of my kingdom, it shall be fulfilled.’

You belong to Me and all I have is yours for it is the will of My Father that you receive a share in My inheritance - the Kingdom of heaven. The wine is the Cup of Suffering as well as of Salvation. Unless you accept joyfully and willingly to drink deep of the first you cannot receive a share in the second. Unless you eat of the Flesh of the Son of Man and drink His Blood you, ---- my own, can have no part in Me. Ask for all you need in this life and in the life to come not just for yourself but for those you love and it shall be given to you in abundance, shaken together, and running over.

PSALM 120:1 (2024)

PSALM 120:1

I called to the Lord in my distress,
and he answered me.

Remember this especially when you are anxious and afraid, I always hear you and I always answer. Be of good cheer ---- my own, I have overcome the world. When it appears to you that I AM far away from you, when you believe you are alone, when you are overcome with worrying thoughts believe this - I AM even closer to you. All things without exception work for good for those who love Me and you love Me, don't you? You know you do - so have faith. All you are experiencing now is according to the will of My Father and because this is so - all is well. 

ISAIAH 30:19-21 (2024)

 ISAIAH 30:19-21

Truly, O people in Zion, inhabitants of Jerusalem, you shall weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when he hears it, he will answer you. Though the Lord may give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your Teacher will not hide himself any more, but your eyes shall see your Teacher. And when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left, your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’

I always hear you and answer you. Be not afraid for you are mine. Seasons of suffering are granted to all and it is at these times that I AM closest to you. Be still and know that I AM God and I AM with you now and always. Listen for My voice always and be directed by My Word and I will lead you to green pastures and refresh your soul. I AM the Lord your God there is no other and you belong to Me in time and in eternity.

SIRACH 39:33-35 (2024)

 SIRACH 39:33-35

All the works of the Lord are good,
and he will supply every need in its time.
No one can say, ‘This is not as good as that’,
for everything proves good in its appointed time.
So now sing praise with all your heart and voice,
and bless the name of the Lord.

Remember this always, ---- my own, all that comes from Me, all that flows from Me, all that is ordained by Me is good. Receive all humbly, graciously, and serenely and you will soon discover that all things without exception work for God because you love Me. Your whole life is before Me from eternity to eternity and you belong to Me, so do not be anxious about anything, do not fret, do not be fearful all that is will be and all that will be is good for it purifies, strengthens, and binds you ever closer to Me. Align your will to Mine and songs of praise will overflow from your heart, and you will bless My Name unceasingly in every season. Be not afraid, ---- mine, I have overcome the world and you share in My victory.

SIRACH 34:19-20 (2024)

SIRACH 34:19-20

The eyes of the Lord are on those who love him,
a mighty shield and strong support,
a shelter from scorching wind and a shade from noonday sun,
a guard against stumbling and a help against falling.
He lifts up the soul and makes the eyes sparkle;
he gives health and life and blessing.

This is a summary of all I say to you all day and every day. My eyes are on you. I stoop low over you when you are awake and when you sleep whether or not you are aware of My Presence I AM with you always. The power of My Holy Spirit sustains and surrounds you and I have commanded My angels to keep watch over you so your foot neither stumbles nor will you fall. If you do stumble they will hold you up. Health and healing in heart mind soul body and spirit are granted to you so you, ---- my own, may give praise, glory, honor, thanksgiving, and worship to God and that you may be a blessing to everyone you meet. Lift up your head and remember when you are overwhelmed by difficulties and trials that you belong to Me in time and eternity - you are mine. 

PSALM 131:2-3 (2024)

PSALM 131:2-3

But I have calmed and quieted my soul,
like a weaned child with its mother;
my soul is like the weaned child that is with me.
O Israel, hope in the Lord
from this time on and forevermore.

---- mine,

Rest in Me. Hope in Me. Trust Me. Remain in My will. If you truly wish to experience serenity in your soul abide in Me and believe no matter the circumstances, the trials, the sorrows, the tribulations that you undergo that I AM with you and that I endure all that you are going through with you. Unless you pick up your cross daily, cheerfully, willingly your journey in this valley of tears will be a bitter sorrow and filled with gloom. But if you accept all things as coming from the hand of God who loves you and laid down His life so you may live you will always know joy even in suffering. Once you understand and accept that all you are called to suffer is necessary for your purification, you will soon learn to count all that occurs in your life as joy. Remember, especially in difficult and trying times, that all things work together for good for those who love Me. 

MATTHEW 11:28

MATTHEW 11:28

‘Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.’

You have received an open invitation to come to Me. The Way to Me is always open because I AM with you always. I live in you, abide in you, I make My home and My sanctuary in you. You and I are one and never more one than when you receive Me in Holy Communion. Do not worry, ---- my own, do not be anxious about anything AM I not your God, your Redeemer, your Savior, your Messiah, your Soul's Beloved, the Bridegroom of your soul? You have God for you Friend and Brother - think about this. Embrace this truth and you will soon find yourself free of all the anxiety that oppresses your soul, your mind, and your spirit and you will discover true peace and serenity. I AM yours wholly and without reserve and you are Mine in time and eternity - rest in this truth and exult in it. You are Mine. 

SIRACH 6:37 (2024)

SIRACH 6:37

Reflect on the statutes of the Lord,
and meditate at all times on his commandments.
It is he who will give insight to your mind,
and your desire for wisdom will be granted.

Remember that only when you abandon yourself to My Word, My Will, and My Commandments will you know true serenity, peace, joy, and freedom in the Holy Spirit. Apart from Me, you can do nothing. You can never be happy without Me. Nothing can satisfy you if My Word and My Light do not give you the Life necessary to live the abundant life of the Holy Spirit. The more you read, contemplate, meditate, and fee on My Word the more readily will you submit wholeheartedly and joyfully to all My plans for you even though those plans were not yours at first. You will embrace My will with fervor for it is Wisdom who will instruct you in the way of truth.

MARK 9:35-37 (2024)

MARK 9:35-37

He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, ‘Whoever wants to be first must be last of all and servant of all.’ Then he took a little child and put it among them; and taking it in his arms, he said to them, ‘Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes not me but the one who sent me.’

Remember always that it is the last, the least, and those who aspire to be nothing before God over whom the Lord stoops low and raises up. Do not desire to be noticed, praised, or commended. Any good that you do is done because of grace which is My free gift to you. On your own you will choose to be selfish, you will choose sin, you will choose to put yourself and your needs above that of others. Remember well that it is only by grace that you aspire to desire to be holy and perfect without grace you would sink deep in the mire of sin. Pray constantly, and plead for mercy on yourself and your family. Do not cease to pray, praise, and give thanks for all you have received which is given to you freely with no merit on your part. If you desire to stay one with the Father, with the Holy Spirit, and with Me, stay childlike, humble, and little and you will always walk in the light of grace and truth. 

SIRACH 39:33-35 (2024)

SIRACH 39:33-35

All the works of the Lord are good,
and he will supply every need in its time.

All things work for the good of those who love Me. Remember this truth and your soul will abide in peace. Do not get anxious, agitated, or fearful when you face difficulties and trials - these are necessary for your spiritual growth. You will not grow in faith, hope, and love nor can you grow stronger and have greater courage unless you experience trials of every kind. You alone determine whether or not you will face trials with serenity or crumble with worry, fear, anxiety, and discouragement. The choice is yours. You can either have praise in your heart and a song on your lips and bless My Name in all circumstances or you can allow yourself to wallow in self-pity. Choose joy - be of good cheer ---- my own, I have overcome the world. 

LUKE 6:37-38 (2024)

LUKE 6:37-38

‘Do not judge, and you will not be judged; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven; give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap; for the measure you give will be the measure you get back.’

Live by My Word, abide by My Word, obey My Word and you will always walk in My peace. Surrender your life to Me - give Me every breath you breathe. Offer Me every moment of your life I will sanctify it and give it back to you. Be humble. Do not consider yourself better, more knowledgeable, or holier than others - you are not. See yourself as you are - always in need of My mercy, My compassion, My forgiveness, and My forbearance. Seek the good in everyone and you will find it. Everyone has faults and failings. all sin and fall short of the glory of God. Be holy and perfect as Your Father in heaven is holy and perfect. Give generously for all you have is given to you by God you are only His steward. Exercise wise stewardship and you will find that neither your heart nor your hands will ever be empty. I, your Lord, will give you all you need in this life and eternal joy in the life to come.

JEREMIAH 33:3 (2024)

JEREMIAH 33:3

Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.

The more you call on Me the more you trust Me, the more you surrender to Me in all things the greater will be the peace that you will enjoy. Your soul will be centered in peace and you will live in the power of My Name and My Presence. Retire constantly into the sanctuary of your soul and you will find Me waiting for you, longing for you, desiring your company. Stay with Me remain in My love and you will even as you live in the world enjoy the glory of the Kingdom. Where I AM there is the Kingdom of God and where the Kingdom of God is there is the peace of God that surpasses all human understanding. Remain in My Love. Trust Me, follow Me, keep your hand in Mine and I will lead you and guide your steps, all the way to eternity and bliss in My Father's house.

MARK 6:54-56 (2024)

MARK 6:54-56

When they got out of the boat, people at once recognized him, and rushed about that whole region and began to bring the sick on mats to wherever they heard he was. And wherever he went, into villages or cities or farms, they laid the sick in the market-places, and begged him that they might touch even the fringe of his cloak; and all who touched it were healed.

During the three years of my public ministry, hundreds and thousands came to Me not only to hear Me but more often than not they came to be healed. When news of My Presence in the vicinity spread like wildfire there was no stopping the crowds who descended in hordes. They carried their sick laid them down before Me, and begged that they could touch Me or even My garments and yes, all who touched Me were healed. Now consider this - today neither you nor anyone needs to travel long distances to see Me. I AM with you and I AM your food in the Eucharist. When you eat My Flesh and drink My Blood we are one in a union that surpasses and is far more intimate than the union between spouses - this divine intimacy is a foretaste of heaven. Come to Me and receive Me often and begin even now to hunger and thirst for eternal intimacy with Me in the life to come in the Kingdom of God. 

MARK 8:2-3 (2024)

MARK 8:2-3

‘I have compassion for the crowd, because they have been with me now for three days and have nothing to eat. If I send them away hungry to their homes, they will faint on the way—and some of them have come from a great distance.

---- mine,

No one who comes to Me will go away hungry spiritually, physically, or emotionally. I will never cease to have compassion on you, My little ones. Where will you go if I send you away hungry, tired, emotionally drained, exhausted with no resources of your own? Am I not your God? Have I not saved you? It is I who give you life. My hand saves. I feed you with My Body and I give you My Blood as drink. Eat and drink of Me and you will live. Have this confidence always, ---- my own, that I will never turn away anyone who comes to Me especially those who are called by My Name and whose names are written on the palm of My hand. 

PSALM 119:103 (2024)

PSALM 119:103

How sweet are your words to my taste, 

sweeter than honey to my mouth!

I Am the Eternal Word of God, unchanging - the same yesterday, today, and eternally. I AM. I have spoken over and over again to you assuring you of My love for you, my steadfast love that thought nothing of dying so you could receive My life and live with Me forever. Fear nothing. Be anxious about nothing. Have faith. Even when all seems hopeless hold on to hope because I AM with you always. In your darkest hours, in your darkest days, when you are in distress hold on to this immutable truth - I AM GOD and I AM the WORD OF GOD made Flesh. The same Flesh that you eat in the Eucharist fills your mouth, your heart, your soul, and your whole being with the taste of the sweetest honey. Trust Me ---- my own. Trust Me and you will never be disappointed.

PROVERBS 3:17-18, 26 (2024)

PROVERBS 3:17-18, 26

Her ways are ways of pleasantness,
and all her paths are peace.
She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her;
those who hold her fast are called happy.
for the Lord will be your confidence
and will keep your foot from being caught.

Walk in the Way of Truth and you will walk in the Way of Wisdom. Let Wisdom guide your steps and you will abide in peace no matter how difficult and narrow the path. Keep your gaze on Me and your hand in Mine. I will lead you, and direct you. Let My Word direct your steps and you will not stumble or fall for it will be as a lamp to your feet and a light to your path.  Hold fast to Me and to My Word. Joy will be my gift to you and peace as well if you trust Me with childlike simplicity and faith. Walk in My shadow and you will walk in My Shade and the snares of the Enemy will not prevail against you.

SIRACH 24:19-22 (2024)

SIRACH 24:19-22

Come to me, you who desire me and take your fill of my fruits. To experience is sweeter than honey and to possess me sweeter than any honeycomb. Those who eat me will hunger still; those who drink me will thirst for more. Those who obey me will not be put to shame; those who serve me will not fall into sin.

This is what I have to say to you today, in this hour of this brand new year. I invite you once again as I have done so often in the past to come to Me to eat Me and drink Me and receive the life of the Holy Spirit. Be filled with My Spirit and you will abide in Me and I in you. The more you contemplate and experience My Word the more will you delight in Me and you will know how much more I delight in you. Remain in My love and you will receive all the graces you need to withstand the wiles of the evil one. The more you allow hunger and thirst for Me in the Eucharist, the more time you spend before My Eucharistic Presence the more will the Holy Spirit form you in My image and likeness. Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you and I will give you all that you ask of Me in faith.  I AM GOD – nothing is too difficult for Me.
