MARK 1:31

Jesus came and took her by the hand and lifted her up. 

Then the fever left her, and she began to serve them.

I came not to take angels by the hand but you and every human being. When I entered Peter's house I was told that his mother-in-law was sick with a high fever. I went to her, I took her by the hand, the fever left her at once and she got up and began to serve Me and those with Me. Each time you come to the Sacrament of Reconciliation and make your sins known to Me I take you by the hand and immediately you are restored to life. Go and confess your sins often do not neglect to receive this Sacrament lest the fever of sin increases and causes your body, soul, and spirit to grow weak and your will becomes lethargic through lack of grace. And once you are healed and grace is restored and you are strengthened you must begin to serve with renewed purpose and vigor. Remember that I came to serve not to be served and to give My life as a ransom for many and so must you spend your life in service for the servant is not greater than the Master.
