Sirach 24:19-22
Come to me, you who desire me and take your fill of my
fruits. To experience me is sweeter
than honey and to possess me sweeter than any honeycomb. Those
who eat me will hunger still; those who drink me will thirst for more. Those
who obey me will not be put to shame; those who serve me will not fall into
sin.
---- Mine, be still, quiet your soul, know that I the Lord your God am with you. Be attentive and you will hear Me speak to you. I assure you that I will never leave you; call Me and I will be by your side, open your mouth and I fill fill it with the with food that does not perish. Drink of Me from whom flows life giving water. My Flesh is real food and My Blood is real drink.
