Matthew 28:20B

I am with you always
until the end of this world.

As long as you need Me to comfort and reassure you, so long as you desire that I speak over and over again and remind you of My Covenant with you, I will do so. I will not tire of telling you over and over again that I am with you always. Be not troubled. Be anxious for nothing but in all circumstances give praise and thanks for this is the will of My Father concerning you. 

---- Mine as I have said before sufferings will come. There will be days in your life when you will weary of the cross but recall in such moments that I am yoked to you and draw strength from this truth. I will wipe away all the tears from your eyes.  Look with faith and hope beyond the horizon to eternity and draw courage that time is short and eternity with Me is your goal.

Tobit 5:16

“I will go with him. Do not be afraid.

Have I not assured you my little nothing that you need be anxious or worried about anything? 

I have made a covenant with you and not only you but with your children and your children's children as well to the thousandth generation. I am God and I am faithful.

Isaiah 55:10-11

As the rain and the snow come down
from the heavens and do not return
till they have watered the earth,
making it yield seed for the sower
and food for others to eat, 
so is my word that goes forth out of my mouth:
it will not return to me idle,
but it shall accomplish my will,

the purpose for which it has been sent.

Take heart. I AM the Eternal Word of God. I AM the seed that is sown by the Sower, My Father. The Holy Spirit enables the Word to carry out the will of God and to make the seed sprout, grow, and fulfill what God created it to be.

I and My Father are one, remain in Me and let My Word find a home in you and the Holy Spirit that dwells in you, will be your strength, your guide, your Paraclete. He will prompt you and say, "This is the Way, walk in it." On your part, you have to be attentive to His voice which is but a whisper; this is why you must shut your ears to all that is not of My Kingdom. Choose the narrow way that leads to Life. If you desire to be fruitful you need to yield to My Will in humility and in joyful obedience. Discipline your will so it is able to give way and yield to Mine. Desire what I desire for you, accept what I will for your life. I will take you home to the place that My Father has prepared for you.Trust me!

But you, Lord, you know me and see me;
you search my heart - it is close to you.

Do not worry, I understand. As often as you need me to, I will reassure, even constantly, that I the Lord your God am with you. I will remind you always, especially when you are full of distrust at yourself for you know your weaknesses, that I am with you, I will see you through. Come running to Me as a child to its mother, or father and I will pick you up and hide you, I will put my arms around you and hold you close to my Sacred Heart. With Me you are safe. As often as you need me too ---- Mine, I will tell you I am with you. In turn, keep Me close to you. Look to me to be filled; to satisfy your hungry heart and your thirsty spirit and I will give you of My abundance always.

Baruch 5:1-2

Jerusalem, put off your garment of
mourning and unhappiness, put on the

I know that your heart is heavy these days and I understand but keep in mind that all things work for the good of those who love God. The plans of the Lord your God are unfolding and I wish to assure you that this is the time to rejoice not mourn. Recall whenever you are despondent that My Covenant with you extends to all generations that will come after you. 

As for you ---- Mine, strive to answer My call every day, from moment to moment, to be holy and perfect just as your heavenly Father and I are holy and perfect. Remember, I am with you always, I will never leave you nor will I forsake you because you are Mine.

Psalm 3:5-7

.... you are my shield, O Lord,
my glory; you lift up my head.
Aloud I cry to the Lord,
and from his holy Hill he answers me.
If I lie down to sleep,
again I awake, for the Lord supports me;

My Word will always reassure you and confirm what I have always said to you. I am your rock, your shield, your fortress, your deliverer. I am your help in time of trouble I will wipe the tears from your eyes. When you call I will answer you, I will never leave you, I will never forsake you, for I have claimed you for my own. My Spirit dwells in you, I come to you at every Holy Eucharist and I am One with you. 

Do not fret, do not be anxious, for anything but in all things recall my many blessings to you, recall how I have always come to your aid and saved you. Recall my innumerable blessings on you and those you love. Recall how I have raised you up. I am with you always. Fear nothing, not the darkness of night nor the arrows of the day for I walk with you in time and you will be with Me in eternity. Fear not little one, it pleases My Father to give you the Kingdom.

Psalm 46:11

Be still, and know that I am God.
I am exalted among the nations,
exalted over the earth!

This is why I tell you that you need never be anxious, worried, afraid, or feel alone because I AM GOD, there is no other. And I declare you to be My own in time and in eternity. I AM God not man, is anything too difficult for Me? Is My arm too short to deliver? All creatures  in every time, place, and season, look to Me to live. If I withdrraw My Breath, the Breath of My Spirit, they are no more. 

Take a moment to still and quiet your senses and let this truth sink deep into your very being I AM GOD and you my own little nothing belong to Me, I have claimed you for Myself, I have made a holy Covenant with you that is eternal. Walk in the freedom of the children of God. Claim the inheritance that is yours. It delights me to make you co-heir with Me and to share in the inheritiance that is Mine.

Ask and before the plea leaves your lips I hear and I answer. Rejoice and be glad always and let your heart overflow with praise and thanksgiving always and in all circumstances because you are Mine.

Sirach 33:13

As clay in the hand of the potter to be molded as he pleases, so are all in the hands of the Creator to be dealt with as he sees fit.

Have you watched a potter at the wheel? Have you seen how expertly his hands fashion and mold the clay into whatever shape he desires?  For every lump of clay that he picks up to work on there is a purpose in his mind and as the wheel turns he fashions the lump of clay into the shape he desires. Once he is satisfied with what he has done he will put it in a furnace in order to strengthen it.  The finished product may be one that is beautiful with a delicate design or it may be one that is made for more utilitarian purposes. Whatever the purpose for which it was created by the potter thus it was shaped so it can best function in the way he intended. The clay can do nothing. 

So it with My Father who created you. Even before you were conceived He had a purpose and plan for your life. He created you to do a specific work in the world. He created you in the best way possible to accomplish that work. All the suffering in your life is like the furnace in which you were thrust in order to be strengthened so you can withstand all the challenges that you face. Yield, surrender, let the Potter do with you what He will; He knows best what you are capable of. Let Him decide how best you can serve Him. You are created in order to be used for God's glory not your own.

Matthew 3:17

This is My Son, the Beloved;
He is my Chosen One.

---- My Own,

You are Mine just as My own Beloved Son, my first-born is Mine. You are baptized and grafted into His Body in accordance with my plan for you.  As my child and one who is co-heir with My Son, you are required to imitate Him in all things. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life apart from Him you can do nothing. Apart from Him you will wither and die and be cast into the outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Remember, little one, time is short. The years go by inexorably moment by moment and no matter how many years are granted to you, they will finally end. I have appointed My Son as the only righteous judge.  The choice is yours as to your final destiny for I have given you the gift of free will.  All the choices you have made while you had time will determine your final destiny.

While there is still time, while it is still today, you are being given grace upon grace to grow into His image and likeness. He has shown you how. The Holy Spirit is given to you to help you so is the example of my daughter Mary, Mother of my Son. Take her as your model as well as all the saints. They have faced the same temptations that you face. They fought the good fight and the won the race. So can you. Keep your eyes on the goal in order to win the prize of eternal life with My Son, Jesus Christ, my Chosen One. Listen to Him and obey.

Mark 11:22A & 24

Have faith in God.
Truly,
I tell you,
whatever you ask in prayer,
believe that you have received it,
and it shall be done for you.

Is this not what I have been saying to you all along? Have faith in Me. Believe all that I have said for I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to My Father except through Me. I am the Vine and you are the branches. It is My Life that flows through you and gives you life. Walk in the Way that I walked, the Way My Mother walked, the Way that all the saints have walked as well as holy men and women. Remain in Me as I remain You. Apart from Me, you will be lost but with Me, you will find that all things are possible. 

Walk in the Light of truth with confidence and you will come safely home to my Sacred Heart. 

Ask My Holy Spirit each day, ask every moment, for all that you need to assist you. He will deny you nothing, for it is His Work to lead you, little soul, and bring you safely home if you yield to Him.

Those who cherish your name, O Lord,

Do not be distressed. Do not worry. I have made a solemn Covenant with you to not only bless you but to bless your children and children's children as well, to the thousandth generation. Believe in Me. Am I not the Bridegroom of your soul? Am I not your Spouse who loves you so much that I lay down My Life for you? 

In this life --- Mine, there will be sorrow, you cannot escape it, it is the lot of the children of Adam. But never forget that the children of Adam have been redeemed by Me. My Holy Spirit is poured upon you rely on Him for strength, for wisdom, for guidance, for understanding. He never fails. God never fails. 

In every life, there is a time for tears but there is also a time for laughter and joy. All will be well I assure you. All will be well.

Psalm103:13-14, & 17-18


As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord pities those who fear him. For he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.

The Lord’s kindness is forever with those who fear him; so is his justice, for their children’s children, for those who keep his Covenant and remember his commands; for those who put them into practice.

Do you know what fear of the Lord means? It means that those who love Me are afraid of doing anything that will separate them from Me eternally. Sin no matter how small puts a barrier between us, you distance yourself from Me. It is a willed distance because sin is a deliberate act of going your own way instead of choosing the way of Love.

My love for you is the same yesterday, today, and always. Don't be discouraged when you fail this is why I instituted the Sacrament of Reconciliation. I  have given you a remedy for sin, use it as frequently as you need to. I have also given you the means to avoid sin by providing channels of grace through the worthy reception of My Body and Blood in the Eucharist. Eat and drink of the food that gives life. Pray constantly, be vigilant, stay awake, and above all trust in My love for you and for those you love. I am with you always.

Happy the husband of a good wife, 
the number of his days will be doubled.  
A woman of character is her husband’s joy, 
he will live in peace all the years of his life. 
A good wife is the best of gifts, 
reserved for those who fear the Lord;

and a happy face.

You are the lighted lamp that illumines the way of those who are nearest and dearest to you. Provide the oil when they find they have none. Let he who is weary lean on you, find strength and comfort in you. Find hope, find peace, and joy, find contentment, and the ability to yield to the will of My Father.

All that I pour upon you morning after morning, and right through the day until it is time for you to lie down on your bed at night and sleep, you must share with all. When those you love are called to suffer, share in the suffering. Walk the extra mile so they will not lose heart. Be still know that I am God. Don't preach the Gospel so much as live it; then the light that radiates from you will be My Light indeed, My Joy, My Peace, My Strength, all flowing from My Presence in you.

Matthew 7:13-14

Enter through the narrow gate: 
for wide is the gate, and broad is the road, 
that leads to destruction, and many go that way. 
How narrow is the gate that leads to life; 
and how rough, the road; 
few there are, who find it.

There is always much to say to you when you come to Me each morning but today I want you to pay particular attention to what I desire to say to you. Life is much more than food, drink, entertainment, pleasure, self-indulgence, and the craving after the baubles that the world dangles before your eyes.

Life is short and you have but a brief time to prepare for eternity. You determine what eternity will be like for you by the choices you make each day. It is hard to make the right decisions that lead to the strengthening of your character which in turn will direct your will to do what pleases Me and not yourself or others. Do not spend so much time anxiously wondering about the impression you are making on people. What does it matter ---- Mine to please the world and to not ever think about pleasing Me in everything? 

Life is a testing ground where you are faced with challenges that will either bring you close to  Me or distance Me from you. The choices you make will determine the final reward which is the fullness of joy with Me. Keep your gaze fixed on the goal. Keep your hand in Mine. Be attentive to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. The right choices are often not the easy ones. Rely on grace, not on yourself. And remember I am with you always.

Psalm 10:17

For you hear, O Lord, the longings of the lowly,
and you strengthen their hearts.

---- Mine,

What have I been saying to you ever since you have come to Me in prayer? 

This is it. I know the longings of your heart even before you yourself know what they are. I strengthen you in the Sacraments. You belong to Me. I will never leave you, I will never abandon you. You are Mine in time and in eternity. Do not worry, do not be anxious, do not be afraid, for I the Lord Your God am with you from moment to moment. I know you, I know your strengths and your weaknesses. Should you stumble I will steady you. Should you fall I will pick you up. Should you find yourself unable to go on. I will carry you. I will place you on My shoulder until you are able to walk again. 

Nothing that you are called to do by My Father will be too much for you. My Holy Spirit will help you meet every challenge. God never asks you more than you can deliver. Believe this to be true and dont get anxious. Remember in the end, as you have discovered so often in the past all worked out well for My glory and to the glory of My Father. 

Do not worry little one, it pleases My Father to give you the Kingdom.

I have called you by your Name. I have claimed you for Myself. Let nothing disturb you I am in control of your life. All that God has planned for you I will help you to fulfill. Remember that I walk with you. My Spirit lives in you. No matter how dark the road how narrow and rough it may be I hold your hand securely in Mine.  Don't be afraid not for yourself or for those you love, those who are close to your heart. My love covers all. My protection is over all. 

Trust Me I will not permit you to put one foot astray. Your life is Mine I purchased it at too great a price to permit its loss. 

I love you ---- My Own with a love that is beyond anything you can ever imagine. Stay close to Me always, call Me in times of difficulty or when you need to lean on Me. I am closer to you than your breath.  Remain in My love always.

Place your burden on the Lord,

I will find shelter in the shadow of your wings,
till the disaster has passed.

Come to Me with all that troubles you, all that makes you anxious, I am here and I invite you to place all your burdens on Me. Surrender, yield, give Me all, tell Me all. I am here. 

I desire that you who are Mine should truly understand that all things work for good for those who trust Me. Stay hidden in Me. Find shelter in My Heart and receive the peace I give you. It is My gift to you. Do not focus on the problem, on the difficulties, on the sorrows, do not hold Me bound to your time-frame. Just trust Me. Trust My time which is perfect. 

All is well when you lean on Me and trust Me. Let it all go for the peace that passes all human understanding is yours because you are Mine.

Isaiah 59:21

For my part, this is my Covenant with them, says Yahweh. My spirit which I have poured out on you, 
and my words which I have put in your mouth, 
will never leave you, nor your children, 
nor your children’s children forever and ever.


--- Mine,

Once again, I am renewing the Covenant that I have made with you. Why? Because you are weak and there are moments when you are anxious not so much for yourself for you are confident that you are Mine completely. But you fear for your children. This is why, as often as you need Me to, I will assure you that I will pour out My Spirit not only children but your children's children until time ceases to be.

All who have been baptized are grafted into My Body. My life pours into them and as long as they remain in Me, no harm shall come to them. Do not be afraid for fear paralyzes your spirit, clouds your judgment, renders you impotent because it controls you. Do not give fear a foothold no matter how great the worry or anxiety. This is why I constantly say to you do not worry, be anxious for nothing, your Father in heaven who created you in love cares for you. He will keep you safe in Me for you are Mine and so are all whom you love. Pray constantly, it keeps you aware that you are dependent on Me and reminds you that apart from Me you can do nothing.

Isaiah 12:3

You will draw water with joy
from the very fountain of salvation.


---- Mine,

It is from Me that torrents of Living Water flow. It is the Living Water of My Holy Spirit that is poured upon you. You have received it at Baptism when original sin which separated you from God was removed and you were grafted into My Body, making you a child of God. The same Living Water that flows from My side also flows out from My Body the Church. From this New Temple in the New Jerusalem where I live in fullness in Spirit and in Truth, where you will find the fountain of Living Water, whose source is My Sacred Heart. From here flows the Life of My Spirit and the Spirit of My Father. All who drink from it are filled with joy that is not of this world. It is a joy that comes from possessing the Gifts that are given to build my Body and draw the world to Me. This is your mission; to go out into the world and live the Gospel from moment to moment so many will come to believe and be saved.

BACK IN THE SADDLE - OCTOBER 2016

I will never leave you or forsake you. Dt. 31:6

See, I have carved you on the palm of my hands. Is. 49:16

“Then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes and have compassion on you, gathering you again from all the peoples among whom the Lord your God has scattered you.” Dt. 30:3 

God stands by His promises but not in my wildest imaginings could I have dreamed that within two months, God would not only restore all I thought I had lost but would restore it in double measure. Not only is He a God of surprises He is a God that cannot be outdone in generosity. 

When I said my goodbyes in late July 2015 leaving behind my home, my family, and everything I loved to look after an ailing, aging, mother-in-law whom I also loved, I never imagined that I would be back in the blink of an eye. At least in the blink of God’s eye, for a 1000 days are but one in His eternal now. But do not ignore this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like one day. 2 Peter 3:8 

When I left I carried with me a heart weighed down with sorrow, for I was leaving all that was dearest to me. I left alone and I felt alone. The memories of the warm goodbyes, the kind words of affection and regard made the parting so much harder. Feeling like an exile in a strange land I took a cab from the airport to the place that would now be home. My frail mother-in-law looked pleased and grateful to have me with her and I vowed never to let her know how much suffering the parting had cost me. 

Every day of the two long months away from all those I held dear seemed almost too hard to bear. I longed for the dear familiar faces, for the routine that was mine for so long and in which I had reveled. I missed the Catechism ministry, I missed the children who kept me alive and young, I missed my fellow-catechists for they had become dear friends. 

I prayed as I had always done in the past when faced with a crisis in my life and there have been many as I look back. Prayer was my comfort. I prayed all the time. I woke up early and went for the first Mass, I prayed the Holy Rosary as I walked to church. I prayed the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3 O’clock and I prayed the Holy Rosary again. In the evenings I went to the Adoration Chapel and spent half an hour before the Eucharistic Lord. I read God’s Word. God was my only Friend, my lifeline whom I clung to as desperately as one who is drowning. 

Tomorrow it will be one year since the Lord called my mother-in-law home. In less than two months God ended my exile and restored all back to me.

I returned in October and asked our Parish Priest Fr. Blany, if there was a place for me in the Catechism Ministry, I was assigned to teach Class 6. I will be honest and confess I felt a twinge of regret that I was not placed in Class 4 where I had for five years, helped to prepare the children to receive the Sacrament of First Holy Communion. But this was where I was needed as the catechist assigned to this class would be leaving soon.

On the first day, I was pleasantly surprised to get a rousing welcome when I was introduced to this class as a few of my former children whom I taught in year 4 were here. I was home again and I could not have been happier.

God is good all the time and all the time God is awesome!

Psalm 17:8

Keep me as the apple of your eye;
under the shadow of your wings hide me.


---- Mine,

You are the apple of my eye and I have hidden you under the shadow of My wing from the moment you were conceived in your mother's womb. I have watched over you as a mother over her baby. I have made sure that when you strayed I sought you and brought you back to My sheepfold. You belong to Me. I have laid down my life for your and I have sealed you in My Holy Spirit. You are marked for the Kingdom of My Father. I have prepared a place for you with Me so where I am you may be also may be. Do not be afraid when the storm around you threatens to overwhelm and drown you, understand that storms will come, suffering in life must come, but through it all, I hold you in the palm of my hand. I shelter you. My protection is over you and I will bring you safely to shore. Trust Me, remain in Me as I remain in you.  Walk in confidence for you walk with me. 

I will not leave you, if you stumble I will steady you, if you fall I will pick you up. when you find you can no longer go on I will carry You. Let nothing disturb you, I let nothing frighten you, let nothing steal your peace from you for I the Lord Your God live in You, I reign in You, I am with You always even to the end of the world

I will now pour my spirit upon you

When I give I give lavishly, I give generously, I give without measure. This is how I will give you even of My Spirit. I will pour out My Spirit upon you and fill you. I will give you understanding so you will always walk in the light of My Word and not put one foot astray. I will keep you close to Me, I will hide you in the cleft of My Heart. You belong to Me. When you walk in the storm you will be unafraid. When you go through deep, dark waters, you will not drown. When the road is narrow and rough you will not stumble or fall for I the Lord your God am with you. I have claimed you for Myself in time and eternity. 

Do not be troubled, do not be afraid, ---- Mine, it pleases Me, it pleases My Father, and it pleases the Holy Spirit to come upon you, to descend in you, and to make you ours forever.

Receive in faith all I have promised to lavish on you.

It is time to wake up from your slumber the hour is almost here. Trim your lamp, fill it with oil so it does not go out. The Bridegroom is on His way. I have prepared a rich banquet for all who belong to Me; Bread which is My Body, Wine which is My saving Blood. Eat and drink and you will have life, for the Bread that I give you is my flesh and the wine is My Blood, real food, and drink that will well up to eternal life.

It is time to put away the foolish pastimes which have preoccupied you for so long, have distracted you and thrown you off course. You know that you have wasted much time now wake up, the time for the trivial has passed. I will strengthen you, I will empower you, I live in you so have courage. You do not have to worry or be anxious I will equip you I will empower you. You have no resources of your own to help you. Look to me and grow radiant and strong. You must take the first step boldly, confidently, with integrity, leave the rest to Me.

No, you don't have what it takes, this is why you are to have faith and trust in Me.  No yielding, no surrender, don't give up before you have even started. Keep our gaze on Me stretch out your hands to Me, come to Me, commit to Me. That's all it takes I will do the rest.

This is the day to say, 'YES'.

Just as My Holy Spirit has sealed you in My Love. Just as I have written your name on the palm of My hand, so too do I desire that you seal me in your heart and on your arm. I desire to be ever before you in thought. I want you to hunger and thirst for My love always. I want to be the only One that can satisfy all your needs both temporal and spiritual. I want you to look to Me to give you all the things that you desire, all that enables you to live a holy, happy, healthy life. I want to be the first thought you wake up with each morning and the last before you fall asleep at night. I want to be present in your dreams. I want to shape your life and I want to be instrumental in guiding you from moment to moment all your waking hours. I want you to live and breathe Me at all times. I want you to be so consumed by Me and by My love that there is room for no created thing in your life before Me.

Love Me as I have loved you; love without counting the cost. Love Me freely, love Me constantly, love Me because I first loved you and gave My Life for you in order that you may be saved.  Love is truly stronger than death. Love sets you free to choose to do what is right always; choose to love Me and you choose rightly.

In this life, there will be difficulties, troubles, and hardships. There will be times of joy and times of sorrow, a time to laugh and time to weep. There is a time for heartache and heartbreak, a time when you will be lonely. A time when nothing will go the way you desire it to. There will be times of crushing sorrow.  It is at these times I want you to remember what I say to you today. The cross is from where you will derive strength, grace, courage, lift your eyes and keep your gaze on Me when you are called to bear it. The struggle will be a little easier to endure. 

Contemplate My Wounds, the many time when I feel under the weight of the Cross.  The times when I thought it would be impossible for Me to get up and go on. But I grit My teeth and I looked deep into my soul and I found within Myself as a Man, resources of strength that I thought was impossible. But it was there. You see the Holy Spirit gives everyone who is grafted into My Body great reserves of courage, endurance, patience, and long-suffering. Learn self-discipline self-mastery, learn to accept that which you know is laid upon you by the will of My Father; and above all else, I am with you every step of the way. Your cross is laid on Me as well. I will help you to carry it step by step, lean on Me, trust Me, walk with Me, endure with Me. Weep on my breast and I will console you and remain with you until the storm has passed. Be of good cheer ---- Mine, I have overcome the world.

Sirach 6:37

Meditate on the precepts of the Lord and apply yourself unceasingly to his commandments. He will strengthen your heart and the wisdom you desire will be given to you.

Discipline is essential if you are to grow in discipleship. Time must be spent in prayer, in reflection, in silence, in contemplation, and with the constant help of My Holy Spirit, you will begin to discern the things of the Kingdom of God. Do not allow emotions and feelings to put a ring around your nose and lead you; for feelings and emotions are as ephemeral as the mist in the morning sun. When you discipline yourself you build character.  Life is hard and routine can be boring sometimes, but you must train yourself to do what you must do at the time when you have to do it. Do not procrastinate, do not put off for another moment the things that have to be accomplished in the here and now; especially when you have not trained yourself to be disciplined it is imperative that you begin. 

Self-indulgence will make your spirit weak and unable to face combat when times of real difficulty presents itself.  Once you have mastered yourself and you beg for the grace to strengthen you and assist you from moment to moment, and you begin to do the hard things, the difficult things with courage, then you will find yourself growing in wisdom, and when the cross presents itself you will bear it with fortitude and dignity. I am with you always, you are never alone. All you need will be given you just ask, seek, knock, and it will be granted in full measure, shaken together and running over.

Psalm 40:12

Do not withhold for me, O Lord,
your mercy; let your love and faithfulness
preserve me constantly.

My mercy, My love, and My faithfulness are yours now and always. Do not fret, do not be anxious, in the time of difficulty and sorrow I will be close to you. Turn to Me for comfort and I will console you. Keep this thought always before you that all things work for good of those who love Me.  Nothing that I will for you will ever be for your destruction but for your good. 

I will strengthen you, I will be your shield, I will be your high tower, your refuge in times of trouble. Run to Me cling to Me, stay with Me, trust Me, remain in Me, cling to Me, hide in Me. Do not let anything part you from Me. Remain little, remain humble,  remain in My shadow and let My shade cover you.  No harm will approach you when You remain in Me and I remain in you. Fear not little one it pleases My Father to give you the Kingdom.

Sirach 39:5-6

 Early in the morning, his heart is set on turning to the Lord, his Maker, and raising his being to the Most High. He opens his mouth in prayer and makes supplication because of his sins. If such is the will of the great Lord he will be filled with the spirit of discernment. He will then speak words of wisdom and celebrate the Lord in prayer.

All that you receive from My hand comes to you from My Heart. Because you love Me, you come to Me morning after morning to seek Me in prayer. It is Me that your heart desires. It is My Spirit that draws you to Me. It is indeed good that you recognize that you are a sinner and that your sins are always before you as are your weaknesses. It keeps you humble and aware that all that is good comes from Me. 
Open your mouth I will fill it. Open your heart and I make my home in it. Open your ears to my words and you will hear. Open your eyes and see me in all that is around you. Encounter Me constantly for I am present in you and around you; in heaven above and closer to you than you can ever imagine. Find me in silence, find me in prayer, find me in service, find me in the people you encounter day after day and let everyone you encounter find Me in you. Let all your thoughts, words, and actions give witness to this reality that I the Lord Your God am with you.

You (I) answered (you) me when (You) I called;
you (I)  restored (your) my soul and made (you) me strong.

Why are you cast down? Why are you troubled? Why are you in sorrow? Truly I assure you this day that I keep My Word. Do not worry, do not be troubled; be anxious for nothing, for I the Lord your God am with you. Be at peace it is my gift to you; let peace rule your life and govern your spirit. Let nothing trouble you, let nothing dismay you, with Me all things are possible.  Trust Me, I am God not man. Believe Me when I say, do not be anxious for I the Lord your God am with you. When you pass through deep waters you will not drown for I am beside you, I will carry you.  I am the Lord your God and I have claimed you for Myself in time and in eternity.
